The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They took the time to discuss my dog’s grooming needs and were very accommodating to any special requests. The grooming process was handled with care, and my dog looked amazing afterward! I also appreciate the follow-up advice they provided to keep my pup looking his best.

Have been a satisfied customer till last week. Website stated $40 and $50 for grooming of guinea pigs with the difference being trimming of fur. Dropped my two piggies for grooming and specifically stated that we wanted trimming of fur. Returned to collect the piggies two hours later and were told that the total cost was $180 ($90 per pig). When questioned why the huge difference in price, the groomer explained that she assumed we wanted spa treatment and cleaning of teeth. The fact was we never requested such services in the past including this time so i wondered how she could assume we require the additional services. This will be our last visit!
