I was reimbursed for two items not sent and received no contact from the seller. Very poor communication

They don’t respond to emails. I emailed to find out if my order had shipped, but heard nothing. As luck would have it the item arrived with me the next day.

The item that I bought was fine. Delivery took 6 days, which is reasonable. Free shipping is not available for the Scottish Islands, yet the item was shipped by Royal Mail, which would have cost them exactly the same as UK mainland shipping, which would be free to the customer.

If you have low expectations then you will be perfectly served by Survival Depot.

Good price, fast delivery, great product, what’s not to like?

Trying to return item as it is not as described and pictures were misleading. Seller won't return emails or confirm return address. Tried two different email addresses featured on website no reply! There are also two different addresses - don't know which one to return to!? Dosent seem right to me- avoid avoid avoid!!!

Quality products, good prices, fast delivery would recommend

This was the first time I'd used Survival Depot...
And it was great service from them. From ease of using their website to quick delivery of the item plus a good price too.
All in all I'm a happy customer and will use these guys again.

Survival Depot delivered the goods, but it took 9 anxious days. Somewhat worrying when you have paid for first class post and the company has not acknowledged the transaction, nor provided working contact information like up-to-date email address or phone number. Unsettling, considering some of the other Trustpilot reviews.

Fast and efficient delivery and service. Good solid product that should last years.

First things first. The product arrived in a timely manner but... I only got an automatic order confirmation but nothing else. After three days without any new info, I send an email. No answer so far. No promised tracking number nor any information if the product was send out. I couldn’t find a phone number. And now after seven days I get this automatic email (Hi customer) to rate my experience. BTW i also checked my spam folder everyday.

I would never order here again!

Very very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase (£65.00) from before Xmas despite e-mailing on a number of occasions. They informed me that it had been dispatched but have never received it or any further communication after informing of present position. A polite email would have sufficed.
