Doctor “I don’t know”

I had an appointment with the eye doctor after being referred by my optometrist for an eye concern. Unfortunately, I found the experience disappointing. The doctor seemed dismissive and unapproachable. When I asked questions about my eye condition, she raised her voice and stated that she wasn’t a specialist, directing me to seek further care at a hospital. For everything I asked-“ I don’t know”. Indeed, she’s not a specialist. I would have appreciated a more supportive and informative interaction to address my concerns.
