Absolutely diabolical!
I ordered food at 10.20pm. It said my delivery would come at 11.10pm. The restaurant then added an additional 30mins onto my delivery time so the new time was 11.40pm. I am still waiting now at midnight. I have tried using the just-eat chat feature twice, spoke to the same person twice. Both times the chat just ended mid chat with no resolution. Conveniently the second chat 'accidentally' ended 3 mins before just eat customer care closes. Tried calling the just eat helpline 3 mins before the website says they close and i'm greeted by a machine telling me they are now closed!! So I am now after a long 15 hour work day and having nothing else in that I can cook, starving hungry, tired, the shops are closed as are all the other takeaways, I am £32 out of pocket, the restaurant wont answer the phone, just-eat havent helped, I have no food. And angry! This was going to be my first experience with Sushi Yuzin! This will now definiately be my last! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
