I absolutely ADORE ANY Susie Watson products. However, despite dry cleaning all of the cushion covers that I have bought, they really didn’t look the same afterwards sadly. Very lack lustre!! I boug... See more

I bought two advent candles - one for myself and one for my daughter. Both of us have sadly had the same issue, despite trimming the wick every day they tend to “mushroom” at the top and when blown out a large clump of burning embers float off which does not feel safe! Disappointing for what I expected to be a quality candle for the price.

I bought a very expensive embroidered tablecloth, but when it arrived it was very poor workmanship. When I asked for a refund that was grudgingly given but the costs of postage in both directions was refused. I believe that the defects in workmanship should have entitled me to a full refund. The tone of the response to my claim was dismissive and represented poor customer service. I feel this company should improve its quality control and have more respect to its customers.
In answer to your reply I wasn’t complaining about the size and variation of the stitching I was in fact complaining about various loose ends that were showing and in fact where the two robins were at the bottom of the tablecloth the stitching was actually unraveling, I did send pictures, after one wash it would have unravelled even more. As a sewer myself if it was hand done I would expect the loose ends to be sewn in to the back of the tablecloth and not be on show.

I ordered a large custom made rug. The quality was great.

Great candles and cushions. Good value, well made and items that add warmth to a home. Friendly and helpful staff in store. Would recommend

Avoid at all costs. Cushions poorly made. Unfinshed seams fell apart. No accountability or support. Extremely poor customer service

Love the products but have tried to email three times about why my return is taking so long to process with no replies

I am over the moon with my new dining room curtains and voile for the lounge. These are the 3rd order I have placed with Susie Watson Designs.
Gemma from Tunbridge Wells branch helped me to reach a decision. She is so patient and nothing is too much trouble. Her knowledge, help and time enabled me to make the right choice and now the curtains have been hung they have really finished the room.
The quality of the material and the sewing mean they both hang beautifully.

Love Susie Watson designs and have lots of soft furnishings from this company but so very disappointed in the mugs. Lovely designs and shape but do not keep drinks hot for very long at all. Disappointing as I bought ten!

The staffs are beyond helpful, friendly and professional. The standard of the goods is exceptional.
I’ve had furniture delivered on 3 separate occasions and the delivery men have brought the items in the house and taken them to the rooms where they’re required. Two of these items were heavy chest of drawers which we would have been unable to take upstairs.
Can’t recommend Susie Watson Designs more….especially Hannah and Melissa at Knutsford.

As I live a considerable distance from the nearest store I arranged for Rachel, Harrogate’s interior designer, to come to my home for advice. She arrived with her little car absolutely packed with Susie Watson fabric, wallpaper, cushions, throws, rugs and even the odd lampshade!
Rachel was full of ideas and showed me how a room could come together whilst listening carefully to my opinions and offering me alternatives. Her warmth, friendliness, expertise and enthusiasm made it a pleasure to spend time with her and, by the time she left, I couldn’t wait to begin my home improvement project using lovely Susie Watson materials.

The delivery procedure was very poor - but that wasn’t due to ‘Susie Watson’. After a second aborted delivery I contacted ‘Susie Watson’, and received an almost immediate reply. With their intervention a third attempt was successfully made over the weekend.
Their customer service is brilliant, and their goods are equally pleasing.

Friendly, informed and discerning advice in store and a prompt and understanding response to a problem with a table. Susie Watson rang us in person about this and was reassuring and gave exemplary customer support. As a result, the problem is being quickly resolved. Rachel, in the Harrogate store, has been quick to respond, accurate and knowledgeable and outstandingly helpful. Indeed, all the staff in the Harrogate store give great customer support at all times.

I think we can all agree the products are beautiful and hand made, (therefore allowing for some natural flaws), and the staff in the shops are delightful and helpful. I have spent literally tens of thousands of pounds, decorating my homes with SW products, but I am here to warn anyone thinking of buying a bed from them. Today I have received my customised SuperKing bed with one of the cheapest/poorly designed slat system I have ever dealt with. Please be aware if you buy their beds they come with just a woven together slat system which is meant to REST/LIE on the ledge of the frame. The trouble is the width of the slat system doesn't fully reach- there is too much "give", and the slats keep falling off the ledge with every movement of the mattress. Try refitting those while holding up a Tempur 30cm deep SK mattress. The slats should really be nailed down to stop movement, but SW don't do this with their delivery team. I have been told by SW that they have not had any negative reviews of their beds before- then maybe my bed is just a badly handmade £3k bed and faulty????
Avoid this over-priced tat. It looks good in the catalogue but doesn't last. I've just paid £77.50 for a footstool that broke within minutes of being unwrapped. The response? 'I’m so sorry to hear about this accident but to be honest it will not be because the footstool is faulty.'
I've also bought curtain material and it fades ridiculously quickly; I've bought embroidered cushions, and the embroidery was fraying when they arrived. And the buttons came off. They clearly don't care about producing quality items or customer satisfaction. Never again.

Have recently become a bit of a regular in the Tunbridge Wells Store. The staff there are so friendly and helpful and always willing to give great advice about putting products/colour schemes together. So far I’ve bought a collection of throws, cushions, and lampshades, lamp base and a rug along with items of china. All are beautifully hand made and really look great in my home. Will be back for more!

The staff in the Tunbridge Wells shop are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been in several times in the past year and they have helped me choose soft furnishings for my flat. I am especially pleased with the two blinds I had made.

I love their products but noticed when I called them recently they have a ridiculous call charge 0844 number. I called Tunbridge Wells branch it took ages for someone to answer and I was charged £3.67 ….don’t hold on the phone for too long

Fantastic products, amazing customer service. One of my mugs was damaged in transit, a replacement was sent out straight away. Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend
