Bad Service
I ordered 1 kg of biltong (meat) from Craig Black, (He says he is Craig Black,) at the Sussex Biltong Company last week. (24/6/2024) Monday
The first time they said they would deliver the next day.(Tuesday 25/6/24) I never received the biltong.
On Wednesday (26/6/24) I contacted Craig Black again. Craig Black said that: “DHL were a terrible delivery company and that was why I never received the biltong” (meat). He said that it happened often with DHL and Sussex Biltong Company, couldn’t do anything about it.
I then discovered that Craig Black had given DHL the wrong address! I phoned him to rectify the address.He said he would send the 1 Kg to the right address and I would receive it the next day 27/6/24.Still nothing arrived!
Craig Black said he couldn’t do anything about it, as it was the fault of DHL, who were “a useless company” - DHL
I discovered that the incorrect address was not changed by Craig Black
I received no compensation for all the inconvenience and still have received no biltong. (Meat)

I'm sorry that the order didn't go to plan. We issued a full refund when things went wrong. We are not sure what sort of compensation the customer expects.
