Appalling After Sale Service

The building inspector identified several items which required correcting work on a new window installation which Sussex County Windows acknowledged. While claiming they would fix the problems, they actually did nothing and I had to continually chase them as it became clear they were hoping I would give up. Finaly after 3 months they arranged a repairer visit but cared so little they gave him the wrong replacement part! They also suddenly announced they would not be fixing all the faults and I should arrange my own builder for certain work if I wanted it done. A bad experience with a disorganised company where nobody wants to do anything about fixing defective work
