Poor care, bad customer service, expensive. And their CEO makes 11 million a year - off our money. I am sorry I have had any dealings with them.

Upselling, Drug peddling and lack of service attitude

Doctors here want you to come back and take new prescriptions each time. Doctors tell you they are booked for long and hurry you to schedule appointment.
I am T2 diabetic and there is never a discussion about diet. All they talk about is more meds.

I wanted simple diet advise and they referred me to speciality department. That department says no guarantee of insurance coverage. So much garbage for a simple dietician requirement.

Sleep department in mountain view never answers calls and its almost impossible to schedule a doc appointment. Each time even to get a CPAP harness, you need full sleep study, they also say insurance coverage not guaranteed, even when I have a HMO.

In general doctors are good, but so much upselling.

I will switch to other providers and see how it goes.

I was admitted with a life threating…

I was admitted with a life threating infection, it was treated and when it was time for me to be discharged the nurses kept coming in my room to rush me out of the hospital. I was admitted in a great deal of pain and left in a great deal of pain so I accidently left my ring in the pocket of the hospital gown and was refused to obtain it out of the pocket I fainted at the desk and no one checked on me there was 1 nurse who tried to help me off the floor at which time I heard nurse Amelia Amelda not real sure of her name
a little bitty Caucasian woman, or nurse Maria said to the charge nurse GLADYS "you should call security and the charge nurse GLADY'S complied and called security on me while I laid on the ground in agonizing pain. instructed security to take me to the emergency room. I was conscience at this point and replied ABSOLUTLY NOT take me to Highland or kaiser. I wouldn't treat a dog like how they treated me, it was the most horrific experience of my life and it was my Birthday I was just discharge two hours before this ordeal, So I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Alta bates summit Merritt Hospital in Oakland Ca,

HORRIBLE WEBSITE

This is about the website. It is horrible. The previous one was easy to use. No phone numbers available and it is impossible to access how to get notes to my gp even though his name is on my records. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

Sutter health is still pushing…

Sutter health is still pushing poisonous "vaccines" and "balance billing" which is illegal.

They have sent me bills without explanation and can not seem to verify why I owe them money, even with two health insurance policies that never required co-pays?

Stay away from Sutter health!

Super star heathy care

Welcome to Sutter Health in Scott's Valley and their All Star Cast.  We've been all over the world as well as different locations in the US but this is hands down the best medical care!!  Angels in disguise...

My husband and I recently joined Sutter Health and Dr. Fowler became our Primary Care Physician - we are so happy happy happy.  ( Thank God, Thank God, Amen Hallelujah! ) He and the rest of the staff at the Palo Alto Medical Center in Scott's Valley are so kind, helpful pleasant …. most importantly knowledgeable.  They really make us feel comfortable and confident that they really care about our health and well-being.  Like we are family! ( Big smile! )

I was also referred to an ENT at their Soquel office, Dr. Montegomery, who appears to have diagnosed and did a 10 minute laser procedure that fixed a problem that I've had for years... and nobody else could even figure out what the problem was!!  Completely painless.  A few days later and I can breath better. No bleeding any more. ( Another big smile)

We also got all our vaccinations up to date.  And had our blood tests done.  All fast and easy.  And I usually hate those kinds of things!  Previously at some places slow and painful to even get an appointment, let alone at the appointment. People were rude and had a horrible attitude - insulting actually.  But at Sutter it's easy and over in the blink of an eye! ( No wonder ! yet another Big smile ~~~)

Dr. Bergman in Neurology also helped me with some chronic pain issues with my wrist.  I also had a mammogram and follow up ultrasound, I believe it was Dr. Witt who carefully and kindly explained the !! negative!! results to me.  Again the staff was amazing. ( You see, how can I not smile ~~~ )

We just had to get our Blue Shield Insurance hooked up once and everything from appointment schedules to payment to after visit notes and test results are in their App.

We will definitely continue to visit, support and promote them!!  Thank you all so much. ( Bow down )

I wish my husband was like Elon Musk so we can help support their research and care... but of course my husband is the best!😳

And Thank You and Thank You and Thank You.  From the bottom of our hearts.  Before I felt old and sick and now I am brand new.

1 to 10... 100!  Yee Haa

Subject: URGENT!

Dear Sir,

The scoundrels listed below scheduled the appointment for November 3, 2021.

ABBEY HATIN , NP
2500 Milnia St.
Berkeley, CA 94704

Then, subsequently cancelled the appointment.

I scheduled the appointment through the Sutter Health website by specifying all the details including my insurance: Medicare.

After scheduling the appointment, they send me an email saying that they do not accept Medicare!

If that is the case, why not inform Sutter Health website and take their name out?

Why let these scumbags be part of Sutter Health?

I am new to the area.
I have stayed at Sutter Health Hospital, Ada Bates, 350 Hawthorne Ave, Oakland for a week.
They do accept Medicare.
When I searched for a doctor on Sutter Health website, I did put in Medicare.

The name. Abbey Hatin Came up. I booked the appointment.
After accepting the appointment, it is cruel to cancel the appointment.
Because you accepted the appointment, I had to let go of other appointments.
What is this? Is this a scam?
If you have any decency, you could have booked an appointment with someone else and let me know.
Looks like you are all scumbags!
If you don't accept Medicare, you should have asked your Sutter website to remove your name.
Your arrogance prevents you from doing that and wastes my time!

Sir,

As I said, I am new to the area.
I desperately need an Endocrinologist because I am a Diabetic suffering from neuropathy.

Can you get me an appointment with an endocrinologist in the Oakland area?
I am 79 years old.
All my insurance information is already with Sutter Health as I have stayed in your hospital under the care of Dr. Kathryn Washington.

If you want a referral, she can be my referral.
PLEASE, THIS IS URGENT!!

Best Regards,
Narayana Srinivasan
