I bought a very expensive lipstick from this company which was rancid. I had to chase them up for weeks before they actually let me return it and get a refund. Very bad customer service.

I have been using the Organic Its Pure henna for a number of years and always get fantastic results. It is a gorgeous product and of great quality. Delivery is always fast too. Highly recommended.

Very good experience so far. Products always comes in a perfect shape, indeed organic only products and delivery is usually within 2-3 days
Recommend Suvarna 100% to everyone !

I’m using Suvarna henna for almost 3 years now and it’s the only henna that not only covers my grays but also makes hair fuller and healthy. I’m using a two step process (henna and indigo) with final result of dark brown to auburn shade. Yes roots need a retouch in two weeks...but I found a quick way around it by using a single step or use Rainbow henna or similar (Logona is good too) as those don’t need overnight activation as pure henna does. I also stopped using it several times throughout the years as I was tired of the lengthy procedure, switched to Surya henna cream, my hair became limp and I always went back to henna, with Suvarna’s being best for me. I contacted them once or twice with questions about the product or shipping and always got a quick response. I hope they stay in business forever since I will have hard time finding replacement for their organic pure henna and indigo powder.

Not good
I purchased some expensive Henna hair dye the site was very plausible but - meant to be brown but turned my hair red.
I tweeted them but got no response. left wit red hair till it grows out
