I recently had my Suzuki Jimny serviced at Luscombes Suzuki Leeds.
Everything from booking my car in to getting it back serviced went very smoothly. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The courtesy car was ready and waiting for me. I was kept informed throughout the service as well. I have a service plan with Luscombes and I think its one of the best ways to look after my car.

Luscombe Leeds made my experience of buying a new car a absolute pleasure.
From the moment I walked in to enquire to the pick up day of my vehicle it was so smooth and relaxed.
Anyone thinking about buying a car I would highly recommend them.

My granddaughter was looking at the fiat 500,we looked and visited a number of sites, I just happened to stumble online and saw a fiat 500 at Luscombe Suzuki Leeds.
She loved the car so we bought it.
From the moment we walked through the door at Luscombe’s I was hugely impressed with the way the staff looked after us, I must pay special attention to Joe
the sales representative who made the whole process a pleasure looking after us. Also the after sales care is second to none, I would happily advise anyone looking for a car to visit Luscombe’s Susuki Leeds they are an excellent business.

I had had a bad experience and had to reject a car and needed a new one fast. Luscombes had the car I wanted but im in Sunderland. Contacted them and Joe was so helpful gave me good info sent videos etc. Went down on the train and Joe had it all ready to go paperwork all sign and I was off. Couple of days later a courtesy call to see if everything was ok nice touch Thanks

Very professional and friendly staff, especially Andy who couldn't do enough for us. Kept us up to date on everything. Very thorough and we left feeling very happy and we will only use suzuki from now on.

Surprisingly great service. Levita was very down to earth, zero pressure, just there to answer all our questions. Was able to even view a video of a mechanic giving out purchase (a used Vitara) the once over. Got a no-haggle great price (according to Autotrader) and easy financing for a reasonable interest rate. Was offered add ons but when I said no, the conversation moved straight on—no pressure. Would absolutely buy a car here again. Never bought a car with so little hassle!

I am so glad I found this AMAZING company! I feel completely safe and looked after by them, and the level of customer service is stratospheric. From day lone, Graeme in the Suzuki team was a huge credit to the company - and I genuinely now wouldn't want to go anywhere else fro a new car in future, even though I live in Staffordshire!

The staff were great from start to finish helping me chose the right car for my budget and looking after my part exchange and finance. Smooth service from start to finish, very helpful and ensured my new used car was ready for handover with a full service, new MOT and Warranty and a full Valet :-) great advice and options available.

The day the sun finally came out!
Called in on the 21st April, first sunny Sunday we've had in a long time, very busy, seems a lot of people had the same idea.
Acknowledged when we entered by busy staff we we're then left to explore the showroom and forecourt.
After speaking with James Healey of our requirements he suggested we take a test drive in the Ignis, on 30th April after the test drive we chose the vehicle we wanted and picked it up on the 7th May.
No hard sell, just assistance to get you in the right car.
Lots of 'compliance paperwork' for them to fill out these days so make sure you have had a bite to eat!
Overall we have no complaints and are happy with the customer service from Luscombe's and the car also.

Super customer service and a pleasure to deal with. I bought the car after seeing it online and phoning the branch then collected it. It was exactly as described and the process was made as easy as it could be by Graeme at Luscombe. Documents were able to be signed online.

After been bitten twice prior by cowboy companies and poor customer service, my partner and I were apprehensive about buying another used car from another dealership.
From the beginning of the journey, I was in hospital having a baby, my partner and I were able to view the vehicle, sign the relevant paperwork, and book a pick-up day, I had successfully purchased a used car online.
We were taken care by Andy Jordan, who was so understanding of our anxiety and gave myself and my partner the reassurance we needed. The car I purchased was gorgeous and the valet was incredible and smear free and definitely showroom quality.
Customer service from beginning to end was second to none. Would recommend to family and friends

Great communication speedy responses and sent over a video of the car explaining all features for ease of delivery

Helpful staff who helped us find the right car for us! We initially booked in for a viewing of a Suzuki Ignis, but this was sold before we could test drive it. Stuart sat us down with a cuppa and helped us looked through their current stock. Following, we test drove three vehicles and settled on an automatic Suzuki Vitara.
The only downside I found is the following: as a first-time car buyer, I was not 100% certain on what would and would not be included. For example, I had expected the car to come with car mats, but have had to purchase these afterwards myself. I also think that some of the products offered by Luscombe may be priced slightly above market (for example, the hardwired front and rear Halo Road Angel dashcams appear cheaper at other garages).

Luscombe motors at Hunslet made buying my car a pleasure. They were friendly, very informative and very professional. My view is if you look after your customers they will be loyal to you and that's the view of Luscombe motors.
It's a pity all business's don't think like that.

The easiest purchase of a car I have ever experienced from start to finish. I dealt with Graeme who couldn't have been more helpful. I have spoken to various members of staff since driving away, who were all equally helpful. Will definitely be returning.
