Incredible Service
Incredible service, also given it was high summer and most companies are barely answering the phone. Michael used 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing and helping with my totally weird project. Easily 10 more than I deserved.
I love companies like this that merge old school service with cutting edge logistics. Everything I ordered arrived 32 hours later. Fantastic.

The website showed a mix of currency…
The website showed a mix of currency units. When placing the order it was in Euro, but when the e-mail arrived, the amount was 6x higher due to currency conversion, but currency still showed Euro. The wrong amount was deducted from the credit card but refunded later. They didn't ship to the shipping address but to the invoice address. They forgot the company name on the shipping slip and the package got lost for several weeks. There is no notification e-mail about shipping and delivery. Poor communication ...

That also meant we had to handle your order manually, and in this case we sadly shipped to your invoice address instead of shipping address.
