Delivery times do not match what was advertised.

Packaging 3 business days after order confirmation is too slow. If I had known the actual handling time would be this long, I would have purchased the items elsewhere.

Please clarify the expected dispatch date and how this aligns with the stated delivery time on your website.

SVB is truly a boater’s heaven. From start to finish, everything about my experience was exceptional. The service is unbeatable , fast, reliable, and incredibly professional. Their team clearly knows what they’re doing and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The prices are excellent, offering great value without compromising on quality. The range of products is impressive, and everything I needed was easy to find. Delivery was quick, and the items arrived exactly as described.
What really stands out is how perfectly everything comes together , service, price, selection, and overall experience. It’s rare to find a company that gets everything right, but SVB does.

Accurate and speedy delivery, as usual. A bit delayed due to weather conditions, but still within the timeframe I had allowed to receive the parts I needed.

I have had a very positive experience shopping at svb.de. The ordering process is easy, the delivery is always fast, and everything arrives well packed and as expected.

Customer service is also excellent — it’s quick and easy to get in contact if you have questions, and they are helpful and professional.

I got exactly what I wanted in a short space of time.

Extremely bad customer care service. For more than one week I am waiting someone to take care for editing the invoice because they issued it in individual name although it’s ordered and paid from a company’s name and card. They charged VAT although it’s vat exempt deal between eu companies. No one cares to cash back the vat and reissue the invoice

Everything arrived exactly as ordered and, thanks to DHL, ahead of time. My only down side is that I got no response to any mails sent to the sales@ email address. Why?

Full professional! The first package was lost. After I reminded them that the package was not delivered they didn't hesitate to immediately send new package. The package was delivered in few days! Help support is very good , highly recommended !!!

My experience with SVB has been frankly terrible. I bought a Marco Up3/E pump because their website clearly stated that it did not require an expansion tank. I designed and installed my entire system based on that information.
When the pump started failing, the manufacturer confirmed that in rigid-pipe installations it does require one — and that this was exactly the cause of the failure.

I provided screenshots, customer reviews showing identical installations, and clear proof that SVB’s information was incorrect. Their response: hiding behind an expired warranty and washing their hands completely, ignoring the fact that the issue wasn’t about time, but about the misleading product description they used to sell me the pump.

They showed no real interest in reviewing the case or offering even a minimal solution. For a supplier that prides itself on professionalism and premium pricing, their after-sales support has been a disaster.
I’ve lost time, money, and trust. SVB has lost a customer for good.
To anyone reading this: if you expect support that matches the premium prices, you’re better off buying elsewhere. You won’t find it here.

Not always the cheapest but never on the expensive side and there are few times you don't find what you're looking for. Good service and nowadays fast delivery has made SVB my primary source of boating gear.
