Dishonest and disgraceful engineer

This company is a disgrace to this trade. The engineer came to our property in Oct24 to carry out a routine annual service and didn't have a clue how to get the fascia off the boiler, so I gave him an instruction booklet to work from. In the process he managed to break an expensive part - and refused to take responsibility for it - and left our property with the boiler completely decommissioned. We now have to go through an 8 week complaint process with Corgi, whilst our 4 family members consisting of 2 young children are without heating and hot water heading into the cold winter months. Use this company at your peril!
