I'm still waiting for my products since April 28th. I've NEVER EVER had to wait this long from Swanson. I ended up buying products from another source. Very disappointed. My checking has been debited from Swanson but still no products.

Shipping issue but they resolved it quickly.
Ordered item. Got to shipper fast. Shipper took 10 days to get a heat sensitive item delivered to me. Swanson replaced the item and received the replacement in 2 days. They corrected my issue that the shipper caused.

My order had been mishandled by the…
My order had been mishandled by the shipping company and apparently lost for the time being. When I became concerned and contacted Swanson, they immediately arranged a no cost replacement expedited shipment, explaining that the customer is always their first consideration, and that any issues with the shipping company would be delt with by Swanson.
I have been a Swanson customer for over forty years, and on the very rare occasions when there has been an issue, they have always stepped up

My order never arrived
My order never arrived. I placed my order on Apr 25. It was supposed to be delivered May 2. I ran out of the item I ordered on May 1, thinking my refill would be coming the next day, but it never came. By May 5 I had to buy a more expensive replacement locally. It is May 11 and it has not been delivered. Swanson did give me a full refund when I called to complain, but after this situation I am not sure I will order from Swanson again.
