the bike I rented was in perfect condition, never had any issues with it. If you need sometimes they are always available to help you.

Guys at the rental station were super. The Swapfiets customer service number was amazingly useless at resolving our account issues, but the guys at the store went out of their way to figure it out. They were very competent and friendly, despite the fact that they were being abused by numerous rude food delivery guys who were trying to get their bikes fixed/rented/adjusted. The Swapfiets guys handled the situation very professionally.

The experience was not good, as the payment is more than what is required, and when I handed over the bike, I was fined an additional amount. And there is a problem during the payment of the monthly due, as the invoice is issued late, and your policy says that the payment is made on the first of every month, and I paid the bill for the month of April using the IBAN number in the invoice, and you do not accept that, and you asked me to pay the due after receiving the payment message electronic. You must improve your payment transaction, adhere to your policy, and issue a payment due link on the first of every month. Thank you

I love your service and your bikes – they are the best! I had one during my Erasmus in Leipzig 4 years ago, and now I have one for my Erasmus in Vienna. I hope that one day you'll be in my hometown, Prague too :))!

Reception of the bike went quick, good explanation, no hidden fees, third time for me using their renting service, never had any issue. Would recommend

You say service support in two days, they say it will be fixed next week. They also don't say how much it will cost. You say that if the bike is stolen, you will pay 22 euros, but you say that even though I have delivered the bike, it may cost up to 220 euros. I brought the battery. There is only one person working in your workplace and he calls his supervisor on the phone and asks. I work at Mjam. I will cancel my contract as soon as possible and tell my new friends to stay away from you.
