They are scam They hold on your money even if its on EMI Literally they don't respond at all and even when they do like after 4,5 days
I ordered it on 5th of oct 2025, and than on 7th it got shipped after 4 days it was still on shipping
contacted them on 11th on 14th or so they told me once it will reach hyderbad it will show up so i waited on 19th i contacted again this time they told me it got misrouted. i was still patient than i contacted again on 24th or so they told seller is on holiday so they will tell me on 26th . so i contacted they dodged and finally on 28th they told me that they can ship after 2nd november i told them on29th to cancel and they didn't cancelled it nor did they refund it as of now when i am writing i am glad i bought it via bajaj emi filed complaint there to as my money have beend deducted they assured me of getting my refund .

IN SHORT DON"T BUY FROM THEM.

Don't buy from this site Its a fraud site I have ordered graphic card 5070 ti of rs 94,999/- from swapna infotech  on 20/09/2025 After paying amount they will neither deliver nor provide refund amount It is 28/10/2025 still my amount is not refunded Owner will simply give fake assurance and only delay It is fraud site kindly don't buy First owner will take money then he will do acting of order dispatching He will not give tracking I'd but simply in Shopify he will put dispatch After so many days passing when will know this is fraud he will cancel order and say it will again take 10 days He will not refund After he will again initiate refund but it will be simply in site it will be on hold Because in cashfree payment site if amount is insufficient it will be hold It is fake site I have put in cyber police All can see below how the owner tricks us i have given complaint in consumer forum and cyber police my rs 94999/- he taken and not refunded and cheated me
