Swatch has the worst customer service no reply to emails no one answers the phone or call back. There website says satisfaction guarantee which is a joke returned a detective watch been 4 weeks since it was delivered back and not a word about my refund do not buy

I sent off my father in laws Tissot watch in December, it came back just before Christmas, they said that unfortunately , the parts for the watch were now obsolete. However they had clearly done some repair work to it as it is now working again and keeps good time. There was no charge for the repair. This is the second time I have used the repair service in Southampton and both times they have been incredibly helpful. They have given the best customer service that I have had in years.

Ordered the gorgeous looking Turner…
Ordered the gorgeous looking Turner watch with the sun that is supposed to change colour - sunrise to sunset. It looked so gorgeous and I love the idea of the changing sun colour. However, the sun seems to take days to change - so not in tune with 24 hours. This is a minor issue, the major issue is that it doesn't keep time! I constantly have to adjust it during the week, it slows down. Not very good for a watch!! I replaced the battery after a month of owning it, and still same issue. Ive never been a fan of SWATCH watches, they were very popular in the 80s, not with me. If it wasn't for the unique style I would never have bought it. 2 stars for style. Zero for actual watch.
My paid order was never delivered
My paid order was never delivered. Multiple emails to Swatch UAE and Swatch COM were never responded at all. Quite unexpected and upsetting experience.

Avoid dealing with Mel, the employee!
My wife & I visited the store, Mel (employee) reluctantly approached us, I asked her about a model name, her response: "We are not required to know all the model names, I don't know what its called". She promptly went back to her gossip session with a colleague. This time my wife asked her for another model name, response: "As I said, corporate does not require us to know these names", she smirked and walked off to continue with her co-worker. At this point, we gave up and left!
Customer service is extremely poor, I attempted to return a Blackcloak but was told because I wore it for 1 day, it was unreturnable. Terrible customer service.

Battersea Staff not very happy
I have visited the Swatch store in Battersea on a couple of occasions, love the Moonswatch which is why I keep returning but the staff, specifically in the Battersea Branch really need to work out what customer service is, Cheer up or consider a change in careers.
SWATCH EDINBURGH Outstanding Service Worth the Journey
I drove through early this morning from Dundee to the Swatch shop on Princes Street, Edinburgh, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Julius, who immediately made the experience relaxed and enjoyable.
I explained which watch I had come in for, a gift for my wife Amanda and Julius took the time to show me the watch properly, set it up, and clearly explain how it works. His knowledge of the Swatch range was excellent, and it was obvious he takes real pride in both the products and the service he provides.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Julius asked if I’d like the watch gift wrapped and even gave me a choice of presentation bag, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch.
Julius is a real credit to Swatch: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. It’s easy to see that he has a bright future ahead in the watch business. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommended.
Speedy and perfect delivery
Ordered a Flik Flak watch for my niece, personalised with her name on it. Ordered on Sunday 14th December and the item was delivered on Tuesday 16th December. She is going to love it and I am so impressed with the speed of order and delivery
I bought a watch
I bought a watch. Like it but it did not suit me. I returned it for a refund. They did not want to refund me. First they pretended they did not have it and said I would only get a refund if I provided them with a tracking number (?!?!). Unprofessional bordering on shady. Then, when I provided the tracking number they made excuse after excuse about why they had not refunded me. It's been one month since I returned the watch and still no refund.
Online orders not send to home address
Don’t order online and expect it to be delivered at home. It will be sent straight to a pickup point without even trying to deliver at home address. Inconvenient. No delivery updates either. Update: pickup point is only open during my working hours, so I can’t pick it up. Creating a support ticket on the website conveniently doesn’t send.
Return policies are unrealistic and don't support the customers.
I returned my wrist watch after wearing it for almost 2 days to give my eyes a chance to adjust to the small dial which I couldn't easily read. I was mindful and careful, and I work in an office. I returned the watch with everything except the price tags and the company sent it back to me. Customer service representative over the phone was kind but unable to change the team decision because I had worn the watch. So, the company lost a customer for good and I am stuck with a watch I can't wear. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great customer support
My husband bought me a swatch watch for my birthday a couple of years ago. Battery died and he said Swatch would replace for free. I didn't believe but he took to Oxford Street branch today. Not only did they replace battery but also cleaned up all the scratches etc that I had carelessly made. Service with a smile. Thank you Swatch
The SWATCH Group is garbage
This is the absolute worst model for a company I have ever seen. Nearly FOUR MONTHS to repair a freaking bezel. I will never even consider using them again. They accept no responsibility for their actions. Their customer service is a joke. It was so bad I initially thought I was scammed. Do not trust them with your timepiece.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Watch as returned as received and never worn. They rejected the return based on pictures of a different watch and didn't provide refund. NEVER BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK! TERRIBLE ASSISTANCE AND QUALITY. WASTE OF MONEY!

Seamless replacement of a broken Swatch
Many thanks to Nina and her team. I bought a Swatch watch 20 months ago. After several problems and new batteries, it wasn't working so I was told I could exchange it for a new one. I wanted the same blue one, although that model was no longer produced. Nina tracked one in another shop and got it sent to Oxford Street, where I picked it up yesterday.
