disposable watch and terrible customer service!

I ordered a watch from swatch.com and it arrived in extremely minimal packaging, like someone had just thrown it in the box. It was even loose in the retail packaging the watch comes in. I tried on the watch and decided it wasn't for me so I sent it back. Swatch turned around and sent it right back to me with no explanation. I called Customer Service (who are very nice, BTW) and he said the watch had scratches and had been worn. I literally had the watch in my hand and it had none of the scratches he described. I was like maybe what you're seeing is a result of the complete lack of packing and care during shipping! So now I'm stuck with a watch I don't want that looks brand new. DO NOT ORDER FROM SWATCH.

Within a week the material was peeling away and the ticking very loud
Was told can be sent off take 12 weeks no guarantee it could be repaired
Very disappointed had swatches for 40 years

Watches work well for a couple of years but they don't do repairs on them with how they're made so not a good choice if your looking for something that will last you a while.

Low quality watch. Not entirely swiss made. Internal part broken in an automatic watch without physical damage.

I bought notes of coral and it said glow in the dark numerals, disappointed because it isn't, and I bought the watch for that reason as I do night driving, but otherwise the watch is beautiful and I realy like it and the colour but would of liked the glow in the dark as stated in the specifications.

Went into the Swatch shop in Battersea Power Station. I wanted to see the Moonswatch, been wanting to see it since it was launched. It was nicely displayed in a cabinet. Only customer (with my partner) in the shop at the time with three sales assitants in the shop. Was looked at by afar by staff in a scolding manner, made to feel my custom was not wanted, a most horrible experience, needless to say did not leave with a Moonswatch.
My dreams of owning a Moonswatch are now over after this experience. Very rarely ever leave a review online but this experience was so upset me it deserved one.

I always loved Swatch watches but was very disappointed with it. Since the first day it arrived, it had many problems and now after 3-4 years doesn't work at all.

I am amazed at how many negative comments there are. I have found Swatches entirely reliable over 30 years, having to replace them after 4 or 5 years. 18 months ago I bought an expensive one. I did not swim in it until last week. It leaked and died (unlike all previous watches which were waterproof for their whole lives). The Swatch shop replaced it immediately without quibble even though it was out of warranty. These watches are wonderful.

I spent $150 on a SWATCH watch in December 2023. The watch came with a 2 year warranty. I wore the watch a few times and the pins fell out 4 months after the purchase date. I called the store in King Of Prussia, PA where I purchased it and was informed that I could send my watch to the SWATCH Company for repair at my expense. I sent the watch with the necessary paperwork (receipt, warranty, original box, and a completed form) and the broken watch was returned 4 weeks later. A note was attached "Out of Warranty". Don't waste your money on a SWATCH!

Watches from Switzerland have a good reputation, I can’t say that for Swatch. I’ve had 2 Swatch watches the first one lasted 5 years which was fine as I’d shower and swim wearing it. The latest one I purchased in Switzerland 12 months ago, what a load of rubbish it is. The face scratch immediately now the time is running slow. I would not recommend a Swatch watch at all.

Rubbish customer service 1 star for customer service told me they have spare pare of sunglasses In the office gave me hope and ignored me later .my pare sadly got damaged and couldn't get them from shop anymore rubbish

Bought in May 24 - within 6 weeks the date mechanism had broken.

they even dont answer to my email
they dont have spare parts
they dont keep promise
nothing nice to say about

Had to return the watch because the strap was too small. I never wore it. Returned it exactly the way it came & 100% followed their return policy. I never received any updates, until I get it back in my mailbox with no explanation whatsoever! I called & they expressed that the watch appeared to have been worn & cannot receive a refund. I NEVER wore or used the watch! It's dishonest, fraudulent, unprofessional & have never experienced anything like this with any other company! Not worth the trouble or the money.

Many thanks to the staff at Glasgow Buchanan Galleries Swatch store. In particular Suzy was very helpful, and patient, with my daughter in picking out her first watch (Flik Flak). Also, it’s worth asking for stock availability if not on display.

My children bought me a white swatch for my birthday.
The white band ,( not sure what its made of) absorbed dirt and color from dark clothing. It looks dreadful and is no longer wearable. Contacted Swatch.. No reply. My 20.00 watch from Loblaws has performed better than my pricey Swatch !!

On their ads they say "10 free swatches with free shipment" but when it arrives u have to pay 16,73€ of taxes and the website does not tell u anything about that.

I ordered 3 watches for my wife's birthday, on last Friday, in the website it was mentioned if you order before 15:00 your order will be processed the same day. I even paid express delivery fee, today is 2 working days later I still didn't receive anything!
The order is shipped separately due to being partially out of stock. Part of the package is said that will be sent by a local store in NL with delivery company "Mikropakket" but Mikropakket says we didn't receive any package!!!!
No one takes responsibility of this mess!!! The worst customer service experience from a company with big name like "Swatch". The customer serve is awful! There is one phone number for NL 040-2199940 but every time you call, one lady answers the phone with poor English speaking skills and does nothing and keep saying I am in Belgium! You have to send email!

Swatch Netherlands online system sucks, Stay away from it at any cost!

I never ever do a review for anything but I feel that I should after the experience I had in the Oxford St Swatch Store.
They were simply brilliant 🤩
Jimmy the manager was a delight, he gave a masterclass in how to make a customer happy. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Swatch are lucky to have him. Thanks for everything Jimmy. You’re a star. Pete the stonemason
