Vanessa and Sara were extremely helpful and friendly when I visited the shop last time. I like coming to this branch very much as I feel very welcome here and the atmosphere is amazing:-) The girls are working very hard to meet client expectations and they never stop smiling!

I went to the store just to collect an order I had made on line. Well, not only did Sara changed the item that did not work she helped me find two pieces to replace them that were perfect for both my work and my workout. Sharp!! Thank you Sara. It is a pleasure and a relief to find people who care. Also to your colleague whose name I did not get: you both create a wonderful atmosphere. x

I visited Sweaty Betty in Chiswick today and received fantastic help and guidance by Esidera. I very often go into shops and leave empty-handed as I’m so overwhelmed by the choice, different fits and styles etc. But Esidera made it such an enjoyable, stress-free experience, she was so helpful with great suggestions. Due to a medical condition my body shape and size is currently/temporarily very different to what I’m used to, so I was utterly clueless about my sizing and what cut or styles would work on me. Esidera made everything so simple and put me at ease. I came away with three full new outfits and I can’t wait to wear them!

I have been looking for essentials sports clothing for women and turned up at Sweaty Betty on a friend's advice. I found a great selection, and also great service.
