Great apartment in Milan. Would stay with Sweet Inn again.

Sweet-Inn Brussels was a surprise, we actually didn't know what to expect, but when we entered the door of the 2 bedroom apartment, my wife and myself were breathless! The modern interior was well chosen, soft relaxing sofa, floor heating, modern kitchen washing machine etc...
The place immediately felt as ours. We travel a lot, close to 30% of the time, so it takes a lot to be positively surprised about a place.
We will definitely check out other Sweet Inn apartments in the future. It gives much more freedom and privacy compared to even luxury hotels.

Nice and very clean place. Perfect for a stay in Barcelona. There is everything you need in the apartment. And vert good location. Would definitely go back.

Great location and service

The apartment is spacious and equipped with a complete kitchen. Bath towels and hot water 24 hours a day. Balcony overlooking main street. The apartment is located in a central area and acceessible to public transport which includes taxi buses and proximity to the metro. T.V with a variety of channels and a WIFI. In short, a perfect apartment highly recommend.

The apartment is located at an excellent location right at the center of Baixa, close to all the actions and places to visit (including close walk to Alfama, or Bairo Alto). The staff were very friendly and professional. They were very prompt with answering all our inquiries, and arranged shuttle service form airport. Check-in was very easy, again thanks to the professionalism of the staff.
The apartment is super clean, and the bedding are very comfortable. Anything that you need is available in the apartment, including a washing/dryer machine for clothes, which was a big plus.
The apartment staff are very professional, and quick to help you with any needs. I loved my stay at Sweet-inn apartment, and if I come back to Lisbon, I go there again.

Apartment very clean, very nice design, good service, big rooms.

Apartment was very spacious for three friends visiting Rome. Well equipped and speedy polite response from Michele for every question. Absolutely fantastic location for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Everything we wanted to visit was within 30 mins walk including Vatican City and the Colosseum with sights like the Pantheon only 10 mins away. Great place to stay for sightseeing in Rome.

We were a family of 4 and stayed in London in High Street Kensington. Beautiful apartment and great location, close to many nice restaurants and shops. Excellent service. We were allowed early check in. The beds were were comfortable and it was quiet (windows well insulated) despite being right on the High Street.

We were 3 persons in Milano- best located near the Duomo and Shopping and the Hop on-Hop off Bus Station. Parkgarage for the car near the Apartment.Perfect Team from sweetinn- we will come again!

Horrible experience through and through. Stayed at an apartment in Dublin. There was loud construction going on all day right next door (new building being built). Sweet Inn offered to change our apartment the next day (24 hours later - bear in mind we were paying 250 EUR per night). To add insult to injury the city manager Karl was extremely rude and at some stage started yelling at me.

They also did not refund our money for the rest of the stay (because we left). Spoke to over 5 peopls and wasted hours of our valuable holiday trying to solve this construction noise issue.

Will ensure that no one I know ever stays here..
