Unfortunately I have had an extreme…

Unfortunately I have had an extreme case of negligence and the stories as follows I came in for a consultation they advised me on three options I choose the cheapest one is to put a filling they put it in but they fell out within 2 hours

Came back again for a replacement but the same thing happened after 2 days the filling was out after butchering my tooth

It just means they gave me very very bad advice I recommendation and they failed with me on always

The new owner gave me a call but still has a resolved

common sense would say to give me a full refund and maybe a few pound compensation
