Poor or Nonexistent Customer service
I bought a perpetual subscription to SwifDoo PDF Pro through BitsduJour. I was unable to activate the program using the steps outlined in BitsduJour. I contacted SwifDoo regarding the problem two days ago and still have not seen a response. It is either a scam or they have extremely poor customer service once they get your money!!!!!

SwifDoo is awesome
SwifDoo is awesome. I had the other guys' but lost the license when I upgraded my computer. Did a lot of research on replacements. SwifDoo was the only one I could find that was not a subscription and it works perfectly. I had one issue and support handled it quickly. I am sold.

Cannot change my email - CS interaction useless
I signed up in January, created an account and now wanted to change my email address. CS does not understand what I want. They say I want to migrate my account (which I don't) and instead keep sending me a link to "register" my account when I have already registered. How can I get help changing my email?
