Harry was helpful & made it simple to get a new energy contract set up. I would have given a 5 star review but I had to call Harry back after I was told he would phone. Not a complaint but an observa... See more

Misleading Switch Process – Avoid Unless 100% Sure
signed up to switch my energy supplier but quickly realised within a few days that I wanted to cancel. When I contacted them, I was told I would have to pay a termination fee, which I find extremely unfair given how soon I tried to cancel.
What makes matters worse is that broker fees are added on top of the bills, something that was not clearly explained at the start. This has left me feeling misled and frustrated.
My advice for future customers: do not sign up unless you are 100% sure. Once you commit, you cannot cancel easily, and you may end up paying much more than you expect.
I strongly believe energy suppliers and brokers should be more transparent about fees and cancellation rights.

Avoid this company as they mis sell the policies . When I queried the massive overcharges on mine an investigation into it clearly shows an mis sell on their behalf .
This was a commercial water account for 2 premises .
If you have a water policy from them then I urge you to check it’s correct .

The SwiftSwitch agent entered the wrong…
The SwiftSwitch agent entered the wrong 'end of contract date' resulting in a default notice from my previous water supplier of £2500.00. Thankfully, the agent actually forwarded evidence of his error however, despite numerous emails to the SwiftSwitch agent and entering a complaint via the SwiftSwitch complaint system, no ownership of this error was acknowledged or attempts to rectify it taken. I had to sort it out myself which took WEEKS and caused no amount of stress. Thankfully, Everflow, my original water supplier, were fantastic and worked with me to get the error undone. Rather than recommend SwiftSwitch, I go out of my way to WARN all other business users in my association to AVOID SwiftSwitch at all costs.
UPDATE:
I was requested by TrustPilot to add to my review as ‘SwiftSwitch requested more details to better understand my experience. If I don’t update, SwiftSwitch may not recognise my review as genuine’.
This, despite an aggressive phone call from a SwiftSwitch employee demanding an explanation for my 1 star review. I received a subsequent email from him detailing ‘penalties’ which I responded to with the necessary evidence of error made by his employee. I received no response.
Absolutely no apology for the complete mess caused by his company employee, only a feeble ‘mistakes happen’. They do indeed but the level of accountability and response to any such error is the barometer of a Company’s credibility. In this case that was, unfortunately, zero.
I fully expect this saga to continue with additional threatening emails.
I have chosen not to name names here but if the harassment continues, I will have no hesitation in responding appropriately.
RESPONSE TO SWIFTSWITCH REPLY:
I did indeed contact SwiftSwitch directly to raise my concerns and as previously stated, received no response. The only communication I received was an aggressive phone call challenging my one star review and claiming I did not use the complaints system. The caller subsequently realised he had ‘missed’ my complaint.
Any responses from SwiftSwitch refuting my genuine and factual review will be responded to and the SwiftSwitch error - which I have in writing - exposed.
The attempt by SwiftSwitch to remove my review and their response below should be taken as proof of sharp practice and disingenuous customer service.

I was recently tasked with transferring our water account from an external management company to internal control. There were problems but Liam Martin of Swiftswitch acted in a highly professional manner and removed all the stumbling blocks i can highly recommend SwiftSwitch.
