Needing to be patient…

Sadly I haven’t received my order yet which was to be part of a Christmas present but delayed until the end of January.
I received fairly prompt replies to my emails so communication has been good.
Just disappointing to have to wait so long for the items.

My order has taken nearly 5 months to…

My order has taken nearly 5 months to even be processed let alone delivered! I have had little/ no communication from swimpath to say what the hold up is. The money has come out of my account but I have nothing to show for it even after 5 months of waiting.

I have just checked this against your order number which was placed on the 2nd November for a pre-order item that was estimated to take 4-6 weeks to fulfil. Due to a combination of COVID related delays and the Christmas period we had to delay delivery of these.

Great swimming costumes and service

My daughter loves the women’s JOWE swimwear, it fits well and looks great. We now have five of these costumes. Always really helpful with any queries and quickly refunded one that I sent back which was too small.

Poor Customer service

Would have given a 0 if it was available. I called to query an order and spoke to a man purporting to be the owner who was extremely rude. Product eventually was dispatched three weeks after it was ordered and coincidentally on the day I chased it up for a third time!

The Festival of Swimming merchandise was listed as a pre-order item under the relevant Regional Merchandise Page as they were all made to order and not held in stock for immediate dispatch.

Your order was placed after the first order window (ended July 18th) on the 26th of July meaning your items were scheduled for an August delivery. These were currently in production at that time and we were expecting to dispatch on time, with this being delivered on the 13th of August. During your call you had claimed that we had falsely advertised the product which wasn’t the case and we offered you a full refund at the time which you declined.

We are very sorry if it was unclear regarding the ordering process but we delivered the products as per our schedule on the website.

Honestly Appalling Service

I ordered my item (a hoodie) from this website, was charged the £35 for it and am now a week later having still not received it when the website states that all packages will be shipped within 24 hours. Frankly this service is appalling and I would advise that you take your business elsewhere
