Swoozies completely ripped me off. I purchased a Glitterville Christmas collector’s item from them at Glitterville’s high end cost. The item was sent in used condition. It had chipped paint, flaws, and didn’t even arrive in a box. I emailed them multiple times, called again and again and they have completely ignored me. False advertising. Fraud. Do not trust them. And if you do purchase, don’t expect to receive a new product in new condition and definitely don’t expect them to ever respond to your correspondence and concerns.

Ordered from this company in early December 2020. Two items arrived within three weeks, but with incorrect personalization: wrong monogram and wrong spelling respectively. I reported the errors via email, and asked about some items missing from the order, never received a response. Those missing items were apparently sent two months later in mid-February, as I received an email notification to that effect. I did not receive the items themselves. Once again I called the customer service number - always the same message, impossible to reach a person - and I also emailed multiple times. Four months later, and I am still waiting for a response.
