My Sygic language is set to English and well and the voice setting. The program was working very well and now is nearly useless because my search results show in the Thai language. I live in Thailand but map setting are in English. Sygic support stinks.

I have just tried to update to Sygic Premium Apple took the payment and I cant download the update, this happened last year when I tried to purchase car play premium, again it would not let me update to my iphone 7. I have just cancelled the purchase and I am looking elsewhere for GPS Navigation Sygic has lost the plot yeas I noticed I was getting lots of incorrect information

Ive had premium for 8 months and used it quite a lot ..to many issues to continue with this when Waze and gmaps excell...i travelled 320 mile round trip to tenby so an excellent test..well halfway we had to switch to gmaps on wifes phone.sygic just lost plot ..and i have monthly map updates..the main issue was it keeps saying turn left or right in 400 yrds...no slow down to find its bend in rd..keeps doing this to point ..miss a turn thinking its a bend...another is it says take third exit..but its an exit for cars exiting on to island ..so sometimes it counts no entry exits ..imagine turning down wrong way..shocking..did that 4 times ..then took us into housing est..by now we had gmaps on and clearly we could see lot errors on sygic had we followed it.
Instead saying follow a4025..it reads it out..a..four thousand twenty five..annoying...overall..unreliable and unsafe it missed load speed cams even thou i have it enabled..we came home using gmaps and waze..waze won hands down ..nice inteface ..clear voice ..correct route picked up speed cams sygic missed ..

Maps not installing just queue. Do everything they ask with no results. Customer service poor. Avoid at all costs. Get Magic Earth as it works unlike this useless app.

The latest update is total rubbish it makes the app useless.I now use Waze it is a lot better and is free

I have to agree with all the 1 star reviews. I have used Sygic for years, Premium Lifetime subsriber, all over the world and used to rave about it. Now they have 'upgraded' it and made every single aspect worse. It is slower to calculate, maps are inaccurate, lane guidance is so bad as to be dangerous, routing using farm tracks and back streets . . . To add insult to injury they never respond to feedback other than to send a generic 'how to get started' link - so patronising. Have the original developers sold out, or are they just cashing out with their premium + upgrade charges?

I like the display but I don’t like the navigation. It will take you down the smallest roads and farm lanes. I have even instructed it to avoid unpathed roads but it has a mind of its own. Farm lanes here we come!!!!!!Have now switched to google maps

After the recent updates this app has been disappointing. Like others have said, it routes you down the most unsuitable roads, turning off a main road, and then rejoining later on - for a motorcycle, single track country roads with grass are just about the worst choice. Selecting "no unpaved roads" does nothing. Sending mail to support, also does nothing. They have removed the ability to import routes created by other apps (e.g. ITN files, changed to ITF for Sygic) - the backup option gives continual errors. Currently looking for an alternative

I have lifetime license. but now I have to buy any addons then again I have to pay for entire service even though I have paid for it. which is just a scam. it wasn't part of initially license purchased.

Have had the premium licences for years which included traffic and map updates. I purchased extra premium add-ons and now to use Android Auto they want minimum £26 (usually £45) while on offer for first 12 months to get what I've already purchased, features I won't use and android auto. They were selling android auto add-on as seperate for £35 but that is no longer available.
They use TomTom maps, traffic and speed cameras and if you only want them then go TomTom as only £13 a year. Otherwise stick to free maps like Google or Waze

This just gets worse, Sygic now wants an annual subscription from me to be able to access my ‘lifetime’ extras that I’ve already paid for. Plus Sygic won’t accept What 3 Words. I’ve deleted it now. I have switched to Navmii with Google maps as back up. I was a big fan of Sygic. But this is attempted theft. Not for me, I’m out.

I bought the so called Life-Time including: Dashcam, and Head-up Display with lane guidance and with the latest app update my licenses disappeared and I would have to sign up for a PREMIUM subscription again to get back some of the services I already paid for? Sygic keeps stealing from you, prefer Waze!

Sygic ne cesse de vous voler, préférez Waze !

The worst gps app ever. I bought licenses of world maps and various features for 100$ and realized soon that maps are completely wrong. Talked with customer support and they suggested should call their map provider to make suggestions on missing adresses and wrong street numbers. Wft? Did not used the app for 3 years then, and when tried to use it again with updated maps the same bad maps were shown with slight differences but still very bad. Called again costomer service to get my 100$ back but they said the bad maps are not their responsibility and they cannot give me my money back after 3 years! They should be jailed for scamming people!

Using the free 7 day app Set it to Hgv width 8ft Then no 7.5T roads And surprise surprise it takes me down a country lane That is only 7 ft wide And I could not go any further. Absolute joke.

Used to be excellent but now crap. No matter how you configure the sat nav, it wants to take you down slow, poorly maintained single track roads only to end up rejoining the fast road that you were previously on. Took me 20 miles out of my way between Teignmouth & Salcombe in Devon. It is obsessed with single track roads with weeds growing down the centre. Ticking Avoid Unpaved Roads achieved nothing. Nor does selecting fastest route. You end up being taken down minor roads. An absolutely rubbish app.

I have had this app for many years it had been okay but the search function really didn't work and I couldn't find anything.
That however is not my gripe. About 6 weeks ago while doing an update I ended up with a black screen. I deleted the maps, reinstalled the maps, deleted the cache, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, in fact, you name it and I have done it.
I have had no help from Sygic support other than telling me to do all the things that I have already done. When I informed them I have done everything and nothing works, I have had no other emai from them. In fact I have been ignored

Purchased 3 weeks ago to use with Apple iPlay in my new truck. I purchased the 1 year subscription and I have used it 3 times with very poor results. This past weekend it missed the address by 25 miles !!!! The street address and zip code confirmed and worked in the older dash mounted GPS unit. I have erased it from my phone and cancelled my subscription. App is 100% garbage.

I've bought a lifetime traffic but now, after last update program says that I need to subscribe for Premium !!!! Not enough to pay for update maps, now developers need more moneys for basic functions!!!

Don’t expect any help giving you any extra information updates from me when you want to charge me .

Ive had this app on both Apple and Android for many many years and loved the 3D geographical display, and it offline ability was a major motivator to buy collection of "life-time" licences.

But all this is not my major grip..... that happened a few weeks ago when I updated the app!!!
Totally gutted no geographical feature display (hills and mountains) not even the sea or rivers, also many roads and road names now don’t show either.

Next no offline maps anymore... or at least the map will not even startup without internet access... useless.

The voice guidance is clunky, suddenly cutting my background music even if it thinks it’s going to say something, and when it does say something it sounds like machine generated chinglish!

I get the overall impression that this is some 3rd party beta that’s been re-badged to half pie resemble sygic I want back the app I purchased !!!
I now really use this app as google maps is now much better.
Every time I use this app I get a sick feeling.... no user enjoyment that I used to have .... just totally gutted.
I want to revert to the last version, I note that
Sygic has introduced a trucking app that is offline and
Shows geographical features .... looks suspiciously like my old app with extra trucking features,.... but is extremely expensive, unfortunately I can no longer trust this company, that it won’t "update" this one as well...
