Bought the top package with lifetime…
Bought the top package with lifetime updates then they updated the software and downgraded everything I had paid for so they can stick their maps and software up their ass, customers don’t like being scammed or ripped off.
Do not waste your money with this app
Do not waste your money with this app, it's absolutely dire, turbo crap. Completely unreliable, clunky, slow, freezes and doesn't reroute , absolute sham of a truck sat navs. They do not respond to emails, there customer service is shi#, get a Garmin Dezl
Don't bother with the unpaid version
Don't bother with the unpaid version. It is next to useless. No voice instructions. No speed limit on the road you are on. No visual instruction for next action you need to take.
Also constant reminders to go for the paid version which are really annoying and a distraction.
A pointless free application.
Also it was not easy to remove.
Phantom turns and going round in circles
It started out ok with some nice features but the more I used it the more weird it became.
One very annoying thing is that on A roads and motorways it will not tell you to exit just before like it does with TomTom, instead it tells you to exit when at the exit which is not good.
The app also has sent me round in circles, despite putting in a close destination around a mile away, it decided to show me a route that took me round in one big circle.
The app will also tell me to take a turn when one isn't present.
Overall the navigation experience is poor and it's not even a patch on TomTom and Waze.
Sygic rubbish
This is the most useless app with only one thing in mind is to bullshit you. Please take it doen from the app store
Not what I expected with the offline…
Not what I expected with the offline version. Firstly it tells you to join the A34 motorway. A roads are not motorways. Secondly it told us to turn left onto Wide Road in Southampton & our destination is on the left. We should of turned right onto Wide Road & take the first exit at the roundabout to Mitchell Way & the Premier Inn was on the left. I have unsubscribe from this awful service as I had to use Google Maps to find the hotel.
I’ve been using Sygic for many years…
I’ve been using Sygic for many years and have been very satisfied with the GPS.
The one issue I have is customer support which is virtually non existent.
I have an ongoing crash happening and it is very unusual. Sygic freezes within a few seconds of launch. After a lot of trial and error, I found out CpSygic works perfectly on my iPad when wifi is turned off but the moment it is turned on, Sygic locks up without fail. To get it running again, I have to reboot my iPad with wifi disabled. Then Sygic will work perfectly.
I have emailed Sygic on the matter and all I got was an auto response saying they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, I’m struggling with a very limited gps. It’s interesting that their email address is called urgent response…
No service at all

NO BAD COMPANY
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!
This company is a scam outfit,
If you are thinking of buying then just try and find a phone number for them! They never answer emails but just keep taking your money, the app does not work in fact it’s dangerous, it tried to direct me under a bridge that was too low for my vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
stay away
- rude customer support
- the app won't let me pay with my google play credit anymore, but only paypal and credit card
- I've been a customer for 10 years and my girlfriend who's on her second renewal got an offer for another year 10 euro, whereas me 18 euro in-app and 24 euro on their website.
- they do not allow to delete my account, breaking GDPR law.
Absolutely rubbish money wasted.
the truck and caravan full version
In June I have installed the truck and caravan version for trial. I bought a few days later the full version with Android CarPlay. During the trial it works but later on I missed functionalities like gas prices. I wrote many times but the issue is not solved.
I like the interface ..
I like the interface ... but there is very little flexibility when planning a route. It does not allow you to accurately plan a route .....
Unreliable and poor guidance
After some years I am giving up on this. Twice this week it has taken me down the wrong roads and in one case the police were going to give me a ticket but relented. Offline mapping is useless if it cannot be trusted. So I have gone over to Google Maps which has its issues but it does seem to do what it claims, unlike Sygic.
purchased premium caravan navigation
purchased premium caravan navigation, does not work on android auto, sent many emails all ignored, not a good company, seems more of a scam, advise not to buy, stay with free google, rip off
Stay Away from Sygic – Overpriced and Disrespectful to Loyal Customers
Over the years, I’ve spent more than €50–60 on various so-called Sygic Lifetime versions – including Premium Lifetime, a dedicated Russia version, and add-ons like Realtime Traffic Reports, Head-Up Display, Real View, Cockpit, and more.
Today, many of these supposedly “lifetime” features no longer work or are only partially available.
Even with Premium Lifetime, I am constantly bombarded with ads and purchase prompts inside the app – often for features I’ve already paid for.
To upgrade to Premium+ Lifetime (where, according to Sygic’s own feature list, I am missing only three features), I’m told to pay the full price – exactly the same as a brand-new user who has never invested a cent. No discount, no fair upgrade path.
Even worse, the Realtime Traffic Reports I paid for years ago no longer work at all – I have screenshots proving this.
In total, I’ve spent over €60 on Sygic, yet as a long-time customer I am completely ignored. This company penalizes loyal users instead of rewarding them.
My verdict:
❌ “Lifetime” features do not remain available as promised
❌ Constant ads, even for paying Premium users
❌ Zero appreciation for long-term customers
❌ Overpriced, unfair upgrade policy
I can only strongly advise against Sygic – there are better and, more importantly, more honest alternatives available today.
Won’t work ,need to cancel ,and need…
Won’t work ,need to cancel ,and need refund but surprise surprise no contact details truly ripped off
Not worth it – unreliable and misleading navigation
I used Sygic on my iPhone during my return from holiday and it was a huge disappointment. Somewhere in the middle of Germany, Sygic showed 690 km and 9.5 hours to the ferry in France, while Google Maps showed only 500 km and 6 hours. That’s not a small difference – it’s a complete failure in route planning.
Sygic consistently creates weird, overly complicated routes across Europe, often adding unnecessary distance and time. In big cities, it tends to get confused, loses GPS signal more often than expected, and even directs you down roads with restrictions or no entry signs.
For a paid app, this level of inaccuracy is unacceptable. Stick to Google Maps – at least it won’t waste your time or get you into trouble.
Paid for caravan lifetime app to…
Paid for caravan lifetime app to prevent going single track roads etc and app is terrible ,doesn’t auto route after wrong turning tried twice and took me wrong places ,really embarrassing that I never did due diligence on this product ,I’m only hoping it improves
