Good situation. Clean and well maintained.
Would have appreciated a heated towel rail and an information/visitors book .

Booked through a third party, choice did not appear on my account, rang them and they resolved the matter imediatley,

Skyes yet again provided ùs with a excellent cottage set in the most idealic location just what we were looking for. Wonderful service and great comunication

The customer service I have received form Sykes Holiday Cottages has been awful. I broke my toe joint due to damaged decking at a home, I have sent several emails and was advised Anisha was dealing with my complaint, but every time I email I get the same auto reply. This is not acceptable. I’m still in pain 5 years later.

Straightforward booking process.

We just had an amazing week at this wonderfull holiday home. The master bedroom with large balcony was amazing and the whole house has been done to a very high standard . The hottub was a great addition . Overall it all ads upto an extremely comfortable and very cosy stay in an amazing location , we will definitely be booking again. The family that own it are lovely and on hand if any issues . We'll done for providing an amazing retreat.

Very easy to book and pay for the cottage we chose.

We have been using sykes cottages for several years and the properties have been exactly as described.

Making the booking was fairly straightforward but an advertised reduction of £25:00 was not applied and it took some time for my email concerning this to be answered.

Excellent little place to stay. All mod cons. Good value for money. Clean, tidy and well laid out. The owners are such charming people as well. Will come again.

Dirty mouldy house.Mould in conservatory and wardrobes.Kitchen full of grease ,dirty oven and freezer ,cupboards filled with burnded black pans.Owner not willing to give refund .The whole place needs a deep clean .

I have used Sykes Holiday Cottages on many occasions and I have never had any problems with them unlike other sites I have used. I don't feel I have to worry when I book through them I feel confident things will go right.
