Item never shipped, no tracking ever given.

It's not a scam, but there is little customer service.

Ordered batteries end of April 2025, but status of shipment stayed on 'pending'. End of May I tried to contact the company via the website, but not sure if the contact form is working - didn't receive a confirmation. However, I also replied to them on the 'order confirmation' mail they sent, and they replied me relatively fast (within 48h) that the batteries were no longer available and that they would refund me. I can confirm they refunded me.

So not a scam, unfortunately no active followup from their side on the statuses when you order something. They did however respond within 48h on my mail/contact form; and they did refund me, so I'm not complaining.

Item never shipped, no tracking ever given, and no response to emails. Have to contact PayPal to have charges revered.

I ordered 2 drone batteries on January 3, 2024. On January 10 I sent an email from their website to request a shipping date. It is now February 1st and 3 weeks later and I still have not received a reply.
Unfortunately I did not research this company until after I had placed the order. It was then that I discovered this company is in Hong Kong. Their website leads one to believe they are based here in the U.S.
They have my money and after a month and no reply from them, I feel as if I was scammed. My suggestion is to go to another website or take your chances.

Same as everyone else...horrible after sale email response. They advertise a drone body and wings but it was not for my drone. I emailed 3 times...no response. Pay a little more and go with a company from amazon.

Company unhelpful, inconsiderate, obstructive, rude and now totally ignoring me.
Helicopter bought for Christmas 2022, flew for 5 minutes, has not moved since.
Company doesn't care, 7 months and no resolution,

Order Jan 3. 2022 and here it is a month and half later and still nothing. I received 1 email said it was Chinese holiday and could last a while but now no reply. I will take my business somewhere else. I tried to cancel but nothing!

I ordered 4 new arms for my Holy Stone HS175D and they arrived in 2 weeks to Canada. They were expertly packaged and the molding/quality of the arms is excellent. Free shipping in 2 weeks is a great deal. I will now order more parts for my inevitable crashes. Great service!

An if your an old user with an x5sc well... no more use of the Wireless camera as the app needs majorly updating so people avoid even buying there new products as eventually just like me an many others you'll find it outdated with no response from customer service

I would just like to give my opinion on this company.
After reading other negative reviews I thought should I still order parts for my drone
Well all I can say is my experience has been great from start to finish.
I ordered 2 motors at a good price from this store and from the moment I paid through PayPal i got an upto date how my order was going.
As soon as it was despatch I sent an email asking for tracking number as soon as I received it the next day it kept me upto date how my parcel was going every step of the way.
So if anyone was thinking of buying from syma store on my experience I would definitely order again as I will/when I need more parts

This is not a scam. I ordered from the syma store. It took (oddly enough) 17 days from the day I ordered until the package arrived. Before I ordered, I read the shipping info on the syma stores site that stated that it can take up to 40 days to arrive. I thought 17 days is good as I ordered direct from China. So shipped from China to Canada during the corona pandemic in 17 days. I think that's fine. I order items from Australia all the time and it takes on average between 10 to 15 business days for my items to arrive through Australia and Canada post. So 17 days is not bad.

To everyone who's says that this is a scam, it is not... It may take a bit of time and the tracking might not be spot on. However it does work, is correct and you get what you ordered. Also, I contacted the syma store to check that I received a tracking number. The owner replied the same day and provided me with it no problem I did have it, I just didn't know which number on the order was for tracking. He told me the order#, day it was shipped, with whom and when it should arrive as well as the tracking number. Very positive and polite. Overall a great experience and I will continue to order from them again and again. Cheers and happy drone flying!

Wish I had looked at this site before purchasing. I bought a bunch of LIPO batteries for my X5A that they said would work... THEY DONT EVEN FIT INTO THE BATTERY enclosure!

TERRIBLE..... and false advertising.

Since the beginning of 2019, I started receiving spam e-mails from one of this company's partner websites located in China: dodoeleph.com.
I never subscribed to their marketing e-mails. I never bought any products from SYMA or their partners. I never posted my e-mail on the internet, and if you google it, the search results come up empty. There is no way, this company or their partners could be having my e-mail with my consent.

Their spam e-mails are being sent from domain "edm.symaservice.store", with a reply-to domain "dodoeleph.com".

I have no way of unsubscribing these spam e-mails, which advertise SYMA drones and helicopters. There are no "Unsubscribe" buttons. The only way to unsibscribe, according to their spam e-mails, is to contact them, which I did.

I contacted dodoeleph.com to stop receiving their spam. It didn't stop. Instead, I started receiving "dating scam" phishing e-mails from Japanese-hosted servers, on top of the SYMA e-mails.

You should avoid this company and SYMA products because of shady marketing practices, and because they most likely will sell your e-mail to various spammers.

BEWARE!!!!!!

Store misrepresents items as shipping USPS / FEDEX to make you believe the items are in the US and shipping to you from there. You expect to get the item within 2 weeks. after 2 weeks you contact them to ask WHERE it is. They stall you saying simply "Its coming, wait longer" Yes. that was the reply.

You wait longer, 3 weeks. They stall you, then they start getting snarky claiming 27 days is NOT a month. You are JOKING with me right? February is 28 days long, so tell me 27 days is not a month.

THIS STORE IS SHADY AS ALL GET OUT. BEWARE
They will lie to you, and stall you. Do NOT spend your money here!

Item never received, totally fraud

Placed an order on this site, heard nothing at all for one week. I emailed several times and received a reply saying the item I ordered was out of stock. They offered to ship an alternative item in its placed 'soon'. Nothing more heard for another week. I then sent more emails stating I would lodge a Paypal dispute if they didn't reply, to which they said the 'factory was on vacation' and it would take more time. Filed a Paypal claim and got my money back. This seller is dishonest, and will stall you with lie after lie in an attempt to keep your money. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered replacement batteries for my drone which never came. I tried contacting them multiple times in the past two months to try and get some details around my order to which I get no response whatsoever. I went on to mail the actual official SYMA company who advised me that the Symatoystore is not their official site.

I have not heard anything from them (No feedback on order, canceling thereof or re-imbursement).

Refrain from using this site or run the 99% risk of losing your money.

Ordered parts 3 Months ago they have never came. The Customer Service refuses to answer or look into where my parts have gone. They answered my first E-mail with here is a tracking number look it up yourself.
Then when that didn't give any results they refused to answer any of my questions now.
So if you want to throw away your money and not get any satisfaction - do business with them.
I will find ANOTHER place to do business with, NOT SYMA TOYS.

now i'm turning to paypal for a refund
buy the way when you send them a request about anything to buy they reply within 12 hours
just craptacular...
