I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received at the Mall of Scandinavia location. The sales attendant who assisted me was both discourteous and unprofessional. I would respectfully recommend that further training be provided to ensure that future customer interactions reflect the standards expected of your brand.

I have an eye test today (12 may 2025 11:30) with Caroli City,Malmö - Synoptik. I mistakenly got a full eye test instead of a driving licence eye test. The guy working in the Caroli City(I think Bulgarian descendant person) told me exactly five times that I got a wrong appointment. People can make mistakes. I mistakenly got a wrong full eye appointment. But it is not kind to scold a customer not a child, about getting a wrong appointment. I am a customer and everyone can make mistakes and getting a wrong appointment should not be the end of the world and you should not scold your customers for getting wrong appointments. After that rude behaviour which I have not seen in my lifetime anywhere except Synoptik, I had to leave the place without getting an eye check for my driving licence. You can check the camera recordings (if you have) how you are behaving extremely rude to your clients. I'm 41 years old and I do not remember getting a rude attitude from someone else. I have to mention social media as well.

Do not buy from synoptik do not trust them, online or in person at drottninggatan and nacka , those sales people are liars and just want to steal your money.

Sold me glasses that make me cross-eyed, refuses to fix the problem because it took 3 months for me to realize what the problem was.

I replaced the lenses on my sunglasses which were added to my subscription of reading and normal glasses and it cost me 5 times more, even though I ONLY replaced the GLASSES but Synoptik happily charged as a new pair of Sunglasses!
ALWAYS PAY DIRECTLY AT THE PURCHASE!

Dear people, I am writing this review so that you can protect yourself and your bank accounts. This company, Synoptik, deceives people with their offers and discounts. Never, never believe them and succumb to their manipulations.
I have a lot of experience with this "company", and it's good that I understood what was happening in time, how customers become borrowers, eternal payers to Synoptik.
Be vigilant and choose other reliable companies.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Synotik together with my husband. The salesperson persuaded me to join the subscription because I can check eyes for free, change the glasses if the prescription changes, and change the whole glasses including the frame every 12 months. So, my husband paid 3500kr to buy the glasses and I paid 500kr / month and binded 24 months to RENT the glasses and sunglasses.
BUT when I wanted to change the whole glasses and I was told if I do so, they will add 12 months on my contract period. It means I need to pay 6000kr to change the glasses!!!! How ridiculous it is, when I can buy it at 3500kr!!! How come Synotik offers THIS subscription package to FOOL people!!!
If the salesperson explained to me when he wanted me to join the subscription package, I would definitely NOT join this stupid subscription. I have paid 12 000kr to rent 2 pairs of glasses and I need to RETURN them after the contract ends with appropriate condition!!!!! If I change to a new pair, I need to pay 6000kr to RENT the glasses. HOW stupid it is the subscription.
After my husband helps me to read the Swedish T&C, I need to cancel the subscription 30 days before the contract end. Otherwise, it will automatically renew!!!! What a nightmare!!!!!!
