ITIL Foundation made interesting
I have previously attendied an in-house course on ITIL foundation, and it was 'death by powerpoint', so I was not looking forward to attending another course on the same subject and having to take the exam.
Sysop was easy to get to, the most comfortable training room chairs I have sat on and delivered the course in an interesting manner. Stuart, our trainer, was an excellant tutor and lighthearted in his approach, whilst getting the message over.
Top people, top environment , top training enough said.
I have attended many course at Sysop including this my PRINCE2 practitioner and every time the experience is the same. You learn in a comfortable friendly environment, from polished professionals who really know their stuff. Further more if you get the right mix of people the lively debate and interaction with other students is both engaging and educational. If you want to gain qualifications by really learning a subject talk to them, and no I'm not on the staff.
Professional and Competent
My ITIL course was professional and efficient. The tutor was interested and competent. The facilities were good too.
Outstanding Training Company
I have trained several times with Sysop, years ago I did the ITIL-2 foundation and managers courses and last year the full Prince course. Tha training facilities are great, the staff lovely and the quality of trainers is spot one. Given an opertunity I would always do my profressional IT training with Sysop, but then I have passed everything first time and with glowing results. Only word of warning - lunch food is a bit hit and miss. However loads of Tea and Coffee plus biscuits.
Excellent service an environment to learn
Sysop are excellent from the admin before the course to the friendly staff and the course environment. Facilities are great too of you like food and coffee, the team are there to help all the time I would advice anyone to take training with them
Professional, focused training company with a relaxed and welcoming feel
I attended several ITIL training courses at Sysop's training centre near Rochdale. All trainers were knowledgable of their subjects and generated a relaxed and highly interactive learning environment. I passed all my exams first time and much of this success must go to Sysop for preparing me well. I will definitely attend further courses when funding allows. Free parking right outside the door.
Downsides? In some classrooms, the chairs could be more supportive and the food & drink is merely adequate.
From the top to the bottom (and back again) Sysop truly understand ITIL and impart that knowledge to all candidates - it is hard to fail!
Sysop are true consultants and training professionals; they have a thorough understanding of ITIL and actual experience in all sectors of business, which really helped me in my learning. I attended 7 courses and passed 6 first time! Sysop are committed to getting all candidates through to pass and after a resit I now have passed 7 (including MALC) and I am a qualified ITIL Expert. Thanks to Sysop....
The journey was a pleasurable one too! ....because, on a personal side, they are a family business and make the learning environment a friendly and supportive one....candidates and Sysop have long standing relationships, even after the qualifications have been gained, they continue to support through theior own website, through Linked-In and via direct emails...I am a keen follower and often refer to their knowledge base to help me in my day to day role. I fully recommend and have since sent my own staff on an internediate course with a first time pass! Brilliant!!
Great training, very good learning environment and very capably delivered
Sysop's ITIL Foundation training course was very worthwhile. The trainer made what could have been a dry subject both interesting and entertaining. There was a good balance between training and reinforcement of learning through small group exercises and practice questions. The training environment was excellent and the overall experience was well-thought out. I would recommend Sysop to anyone seeking ITIL qualifications.
Friends , structured, enjoyable and results driven
I enjoyed the Course I did and whilst the primary objective was to learn and pass the exam it was structured both practically plus theorectically. Whilst it was a long drive from Milton Keynes it was worth getting the right centre for the job.
Sysop Were Very Friendly
I found the staff at Sysop to be very friendly and supportive. The courses were a bit heavy going at times, but the trainer tried to make those times interesting. I'm a fussy eater, but Sysop took into account all the food I didn't like all the time I was there.
Excellent pace and content
Clear real-world examples were used to illustrate the complex principles. Good pace with lots of practice question.
Outstanding professionals, excellent organisation of courses, original way of teaching.
I went through ITIL Manager's training with SYSOP in 2003 and thanks to it I shortly become one of the most desirable ITIL consultants and trainers in our country. In SYSOP I got learned not only the content of ITIL books but I primarily comprehend sense and meaning of particular ITIL disciplines as well as ITIL as a whole, which is the thing I value the most. And which is the thing that is hidden for many ITIL consultants up to the present day, especially for those who do not have SYSOP training :-).
Learn from the best!
I recently under took a course at Sysops and can report that all the staff are very approachable and friendly.
I would consider undertaking another course in the future.
