They kept us informed with what was happening with our car and even with the inconvenience of the storm last Friday, made sure the car was ready to be collected as arranged on the Saturday.
The fact we make make an annual 290 mile round trip, proves how much we value your services and the staff are a large part of that.

Maserati Edinburgh sold me a car that was actually better than advertised. Their sales approach was fair, honest and relaxed, but more importantly it was easy and straight forward.
They completely put my mind at ease with regards to a warranty and potential issues all of which made the buying exsperience stress free. (Audi - BMW and especially Mercedes need to take some advice off this garage)
The hand over was easy, everything was explained throughly and I enjoyed and felt comfortable knowing everything was done 100% by the book.
I was very happy with the entire deal and process. Maserati Edinburgh was a pleasure to do business with, Luke there has always come back to the emails I’ve sent him and answered all my questions with a great detail. He took care of absolutely everything for me.
Very Very happy overall and couldn’t fault anything at all.

From arrival at the dealership to leaving Paul talked me through the car and its features with great knowledge. I didn’t have a lot of time to spend and we noticed a couple of thing that were not just right and Paul was able to get it sorted. The only thing that wasn’t visible at the time was that the Wipers are worn and leaving two lines on the windscreen which is annoying. I’m sure all will be sorted as the dealership is very professional. Although quite a distance for me to travel I’m sure I will continue to do further business with Edinburgh

I arranged a time with the service department for the collection of my car but it was not available when I called. The person on duty told me he had not been advised that I was collecting my car. Found this very inconvenient as I had to wait some time before my car was ready.
Always a first class service with Greypaul Ferrari , only a MOT this time, but experienced the usual high standards of attention to detail, professionalism and friendliness i usually get every time I visit.

Faultless from start to finish.
I had a problem with the car which meant I couldn't make the original date of the service appointment. That was no problem to Graypaul - my service booking and courtesy car were held over until the following day.
An exemplary experience - as always.

Good feedback with video and digital report on the service.
Losts points on not carrying out the only piece of work I asked them to do to the car resulting in me having to take the car in myself to rectify or have Gray Paul pick the car up and have it away for a day again.
