Easy to book appointment online to get my car serviced and horns repaired. Demi was very friendly and kept me updated on progress.
I was disappointed that the work wasn't completed in a day and I had to book a second appointment. This time Demi arranged to have my car picked up from my home and delivered back once the work was finished. Car was returned on both occasions spotlessly clean. Great service, thank you.

Sent in a couple of requests to bmw Cardiff to see what colours of the new ix3 were available to view on site. No replies received. Sent in a complaint on their web site waited the 48 hours but no response received. Sent in an escalation again waited 48 hours and you guessed it no response I but in a second escalation on their web site Cardiff syntner bmw web site and again no reply! 5 attempts made to gain information on a new ix3 but all fell on deaf years! This is how sytner deals with their customers! They ignore them it’s no wonder that customers of sytner sites in wales are now going to England to buy BMWs

I received a recall notice to replace the driver's airbag on my BMW X1. The system gave a prompt free appointment two working days later for 10.15am at the Cardiff BMW garage.

I presume the airbag was replaced correctly - hopefully I will never know (ie no need for airbag activation). I was also given a free vehicle health check - along with a comfortable waiting area with gratis tea/coffee.

One star deducted for lack of communication. I presented my vehicle promptly at 10.15, but work did not start until 16.10. I could have been told in advance that this was an all day appointment (not a fixed time) and advised (say) at lunchtime that the vehicle would not be ready until late afternoon. Whilst I was prepared for an uncertain day, I could have made better use of my day with improved communication.

Easy to book in over the phone. Everything was confirmed as to what was required for the service. Able to request additional items (wiper blades). From arrival to picking up my car - very welcoming, polite and helpful.
