Went to Hadfield road Sytner to-day to purchase new mini countryman ,parked and walk into a dark showroom with all four models locked.Waited for half hour in showroom no one came to asked they could help .Then strolled around vehicles on forecourt with no prices shown.Went back in show room again nobody was interested another twenty minutes walked out.The first mini I bought there was a great experience but now this dealership has lost its leadership for mini brand..
