Chery Tiggo 7 Order

I recently Ordered a new Chery Tiggo 7. Gareth looked after us during our visit and can’t fault him at all. Very professional, pleasant and accommodating. Nice smooth experience all the way through, would definitely be coming back in future.

Chery Tigo 7- 5 star service

I had my red Chery Tigo 7 delivered by Sam and Gareth yesterday and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Sam and Gareth, who delivered the car, were genuinely lovely—patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through every feature, made sure I understood how everything worked, and never once made me feel rushed.

The entire sales process felt natural, smooth, and supportive throughout. My car arrived in immaculate condition, perfectly polished and valeted. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Truly exceptional.

Worst customer service

Pushy sales people for additional products, won’t take no for an answer!
Recall on car that they were going to sort before colllection and now say we have to sort once purchased.
Collection date changed and go to collect to find they can’t tax it as registered as disabled tax
So now we have to go with them tomorrow to the post office to tax - so unable pay monthly.
The whole experience has been less than satisfactory from a customer experience point of view. Will not use this garage again! Extremely dissatisfied

What a joke

Contacted Sytner Wakefield about a used car. I asked 2 very simple questions online and stated I wanted to be contacted by email as I don't always have access to my phone. I then got an email from one of their sales people asking me to "give them a ring" if I wanted my questions answered. What is the point of a website and email when your staff can't be bothered to use them. I emailed back thanking them but I would be taking my business elsewhere. The sales person in question then had the nerve to email back to ask how they had done. What a joke.
