The sales person we dealt with, sorry can’t remember his name, was extremely helpful and we transferred a £500 refundable holding deposit on the car for 48 hours on the 14th February. Unfortunately we decided it wasn’t the car for us and requested a refund on the 16th which we were told would be back in our bank account within 3-5 working days. On the 25th February still no refund. I phoned Sytner Harold Wood seven times each time being told I would receive a call back but nothing happened. On my eighth call I spoke to Faye Pemberton who informed me that I would need to email them the account details to which the refund was to be made before a transaction could be completed, at no time were we told this. Had I not called this money would still be sitting in their account. Thank you Faye just wish everyone else had been more helpful.

I always return to sytner mini Harold Wood, always get great service. People are all helpful friendly and I never feel rushed or pressured. Always receive update calls and respond quickly if you email a question.
Special mention for Oliver who was great. Spent time showing me over car on collection and a follow up email also.

Great service and attention to detail from Oliver Swan at Sytner Harold Wood. Having found the Mini we wanted at the Coventry branch, we talked to Oliver about arranging a test drive in a similar (different colour) car at HW as it was nearest to us. He took time to talk us through all the details of the Mini type we were keen on, ensuring we were buying the right car for our needs and organised the test drive. Whilst waiting for 'our' car to go through all the necessary Mini approvals etc at Coventry Sytner, he proactively kept us informed and was always quick to respond to any enquiries. The handover a few days later was prompt and easy. Never pushy, always helpful, kind and courteous - Oliver was a pleasure to deal with and the Mini is fab!

We purchased a new Mini countryman ably assisted by Oliver Swan. He was courteous throughout the procedure and kept us informed of developments.
Thanks to him the whole experience was hassle free.
He also explained, to two technophobes, the new technology on the car and the set up of various applications. We actually understood the system very quickly thanks to his patience and understanding.

I bought a Mini Clubman from Sytner via their Harold Wood dealership. Katie was exemplary, and was very focussed on us, as customers.
Having paid the deposit and chased up the final invoice I paid the balance within hours, on a Friday, for the agreed collection on Saturday.
The Sytner Group financial system went down late Friday afternoon.
We were driving for two hours to collect the car - to be told, when we were nearly there, by the dealer that it wasn't going to happen. We continued as we had planned our whole day around collecting the car.
Sytner Group HQ (where the financial system is) finish work on Friday at 5pm - after the system had gone down. Not open on Saturday. So the sales team at Harold Wood could not check to see I had paid - no planning to cover this off by Sytner Group (somebody on standby to check their bank accounts for example).
We could not collect the car and had to drive all the way home again - revising our plans for the weekend. Promised a gesture of goodwill (still to happen) and the car was eventually delivered to us on Monday lunchtime.
Great service from the team at Harold Wood - totally unsupported by their Head Office.

I received an excellent service during the ordering process and delivery from Oliver Swan at Mini Harold Wood, he is without doubt, the most professional car salesman, I have ever dealt with , I will certainly be recommending Oliver.
