Awful dealership
Awful dealership, lies and miss selling of a vehicle i purchased for my parents. Tim bush and his manager Narsim were not honest, emailed me several times acknowledging their mistake and nothing was done. I had to go to a another garage and pay over £400 because they sold me a faulty BMW. Despite promising to re-imburse my reciept - i was completely ignored. obviously the car wasn't checked. Worst experience ive ever had. AVOID this dealership at all costs!

My BMW i3 was recently with the service…
My BMW i3 was recently with the service department at Sytner High Wycombe with an intermittent fault to do with the braking system which took longer than expected to resolve. However the service I received from everyone at the dealership, especially Ellie was excellent. She was always friendly, polite and efficient and kept in touch regularly with updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Sytner High Wycombe to anyone.

Bodywork quote given. Following general report on car satisfactory however it was noted that the bonnet would it open.i think this should have been worthy of a phone call so that this could have been attended to there and then as returning the car in this condition was unsatisfactory.

Purchase of USED BMW X5
I purchased a used car from Sytner High Wycombe. From initial enquiry Tim Bush was fantastic. He was very thorough in ensuring I had all the details on the car and was never pushy and was keen to ensure everything was ok. Tim even came in on his day off on the day I bought the car. The communication was the best i have received from a BMW dealership (others did not even respond to my enquiries inc where i got my previous car from). Daniel Makin who sorted the finance out , again kept me updated along the way even with a few delays.
If you want to buy a used car I would highly recommend going to see Tim Bush at Sytner BMW who will definitely look after you.
