Have used Sytner Mini Nottingham since I bought my first Mini back in 2004.
My last experience was as good as the first. From ordering the car to the handover could not fault them Thankyou x
Bought a Mini C Sport, with Sytners Nottingha, the Vehicle arrived with Steering problems from Mini UK, Sytners sorted the problem out over a couple of weeks, had to renew the whole Steering Track, gave me one of their Mini's to drive while the corrected the issue and also a nice little amount of compensation to help, Rebecca at Sytners Nottingham was great and makes us feel very welcome whenever we go there.
I recently purchased a mini from Sytner Nottingham. James Brown , was the sales person that I dealt with . From start to finish James made the experience great . He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He even put a personal message on my car when I went to collect it . Would definitely recommend him.

What to ask if buying a car from Sytner, Nottingham (speaking from experience):
Ask how much MOT is on the car. Paid over £20K for my Countryman hybrid. I was NOT told the MOT only had 11 months on it. I found out when I got a letter from the DVLA. When querying it I was told it I was told I should have looked on the .gov website to see details of the MOT. I tried to book the car in but couldn't get in with Sytner for over 2 weeks so could not drive the car. I went elsewhere... obviously
Ask when the next service is due. It was clouded over but told the service is every 2 years. Little did I know that I bought the car in June and the service was due in Oct
Think seriously about the extra scratch cover (not cheap). It takes forever to get them out and you probably only get a couple of uses out of it if that
Don't bother to complain. I officially complained on May 30th 2025. On June 6th I got this back from Mini Customer Service:

Bought a 2017 Passat GTE remotely which was delivered to me 17th March 2022. The gearbox failed completely on 20th April 2022, and the car was trailered back to Nottingham. I was fobbed off with excuses for 2 months and denied a courtesy car, which was highly inconvenient. After 2 months a courtesy car was finally delivered. However, from April to August still nothing had happened regarding repairing the car with very little communication, before I finally engaged RejectMy to get a refund after Synter refused. Took until November to finally get my money back. Horrific experience, no good will gesture, no attempts to make it right.
