I placed my order on april 16, it was paid in full, nothing happened until i received an email from t-dimension on 8 of May saying it was out of stock and I would be fully refunded, it's now the 21 of May and I haven’t received anything back.

Works very well as good as reviews.

A clear description of the product and it's condition.
The product purchased was found to be exactly as the retailer described - 100% brand new.
When purchased, the item was delivered before estimated delivery time via DHL -complete with detailed order tracking.
Received a follow up message from T-Dimension requesting to verify that the item had been delivered and in good working order.
Would not hesitate to return to T-Dimension for my next purchase as I believe that is how online purchasing should be.

I ordered a new camera and adapter. Due to the value of the order I had some questions to answer regarding seller protection which delayed order processing by a day or two. This was a bit disconcerting at first, but actually understandable and not a difficult task. Once my order was accepted and processed, delivery was quick and the products were packaged very well and exactly as ordered.
I would have no problems in recommending them, and indeed have just placed another order with T-Dimension.

All good, arrived at bit late

I have been waiting for at least 12 days to receive the phone—not the end of the world, but still a long wait. Unfortunately, the phone has an audio issue that I noticed soon after receiving it. Despite multiple attempts to fix it through settings adjustments and a factory reset (just to rule out any doubts, though I’m certain it’s a hardware defect), the problem persists. I contacted customer service and the warranty support, but after 3 days I have yet to receive any response from the warranty team. Perhaps I’ve just been unlucky, but so far, this hasn’t been a great experience. I hope the issue gets resolved soon.

I have only had good experiences with T-Dimension so far. So far I have bought a few lenses here. The Sony G-Master lenses were always new and worked perfectly. When I get a chance I'll buy a few more.
