I was a T Mobile customer for over 7 years after dumping Sprint for many, many reason.
The day this merger went through I called them and dropped them, went and bought an unlocked new phone and signed up with ATT so far so good, but I WILL NOT bundle the cell service with my cable and will NEVER have a contract.

Another poorly run outsourced customer…

Another poorly run outsourced customer support center that doesn’t understand what their job titles are, let alone care because why would they? They’re hundreds of thousands miles away! Reading a screen With multiple choice answer selections of a, b, c. Half the time they don’t even understand what you’re saying so their multiple choice response answers will leave you perplexed confused, frazzled annoyed and then after 2 1/2 to 4 hours later I’ve been tossed around and hauled from person to person to person you’ll get hung up on and then have to go all the way back to the beginning the very next day? No Way Big Fat Fail!! Although I’m not surprised being that sprint Is the Merging company! Their customer support was horrible back before flip phones were even a thought!

I have been a Sprint Customer for over…

I have been a Sprint Customer for over 25 yrs. and recently had to switch due to the merge .I order a Phone Paid In full 10/17/21 and did not receive the Phone until 12/07/21. After speaking with over 20 incompetent Reps. on the Phone and through the Chat Line I decided to go to the T-Mobile store 12 Oaks Mall, Novi, Mi. I was immediately greeted by the most professional and knowledgeable young Lady Jordan Korsinski not only did she address the issue she had my phone up and running within 30mins and she was training a new hire. The Stars are for only for Jordan I can't Thank her enough.

Horrendous Experience Encountered By T-Mobile's "Team of Experts"

I am requesting that someone from T-Mobile contact me regarding several horrendous experiences I have encountered that lasted for almost weeks and countless number of hours on the telephone with your “team of experts.” In short, my experiences will easily illustrate the herculean amount of embarrassment, misguidance, safety, and lack of professionalism that I was adversely subjected to.

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, I called Assurant, T-Mobile’s cellular phone insurance company, regarding my damaged iPhone 6 plus. On Friday, October 1, 2021, I received a refurbished replacement iPhone 6 plus from Assurant. The following day, I realized that it was defective. Specifically, the touch screen was locked up and it didn’t function properly. On October 4, 2021, I contacted Assurant to report the issues that I was experiencing with the replacement iPhone. At that time, I was transferred to T-Mobile and that was when the nightmare began. The first T-Mobile representative with whom I spoke with transferred me to a T-Mobile technical support individual named “Patrick.” Patrick indicated that the only thing he can do was file a report and I would hear something from T-Mobile within 72 hours. Additionally, Patrick promised that he would follow-up with me and let me know when a new device would be available. At that time, I requested to speak with his supervisor because I didn’t understand why I had to wait that long for a replacement device when clearly the replacement phone that I received from Assurant was inoperable. Well, his supervisor told me that there is nothing he can do and I have to wait 72 hours for a replacement iPhone. Lastly, he ensured me that he will be monitoring my case and will follow-up with me.

Since I never received a call from “Patrick” or his supervisor after 72 hours, I called T-Mobile again. After painfully waiting for over an hour to speak to a customer service representative, the person with whom I spoke with assured me that my issues were going to be resolved today and for me “not to worry.” First, this person asked me for the zip-code where I was currently residing. Subsequently, he provided me with the contact information for the nearest T-Mobile store and told me to go there and pick up an iPhone 11. Additionally, he told me to provide the local store’s sales person with my name etc. Three hours after speaking with him, I went to the local T-Mobile store where he instructed me to go. When I arrived, the employees there were clueless about any of my prior discussions with T-Mobile customer representatives. To include, they had no idea why I even “visited the store with this type of issue.” Moreover, they stated that no one at T-Mobile ever contacted them regarding an iPhone 11 for any T-Mobile customer. When I returned home, I contacted T-Mobile customer service once again and requested a call back because the T-Mobile recorded greeting indicated that there was a 90 minutes wait time to be connected to the next customer service representative. After one hour, I received a call back from T-Mobile, but I was as unable to answer the call because the iPhone touch screen was not functioning properly. The following day, I contacted T-Mobile again. After waiting for over an hour, someone picked up the call, but quickly hung up so I didn’t get to speak to anyone.

On October 6, 2021, I contacted T-Mobile again because the issues with the replacement phone was progressively getting worse. Since none of the individuals I had spoken with took the proper notes, I had to continue repeating the issues I was having with my iPhone during EVERY subsequent call. Once, an employee told me that since the iPhone that I received was under warranty with AppleCare, she was going to transfer me to AppleCare and stay on the line, so she can explain to AppleCare the issues I was experiencing. In short, that did not happen and I was just transferred to AppleCare. Therefore, I had to explain why I was calling to AppleCare once again. To no surprise, this customer representative neither had any clue that this call was made by a T-Mobile “team of experts“ nor helpful. At the end of the brief conversation, the AppleCare employee told me to call T-Mobile because he could not help me since the replacement phone was no longer under warranty with AppleCare.

LEFT ME WITHOUT PHONE SERVICE!!

I am a current Sprint customer I went to the store to complete the migration for my I phone XR. The T-Mobile representative made 3 attempts to complete the migration process. When they could not figure out why my phone was still not working. The representative was told by customer care to re install my old Sprint SIM card back into the phone. After I left the store I was informed by a friend the phone is saying the subscriber is not in service. My phone was operating fine prior to the SIM card replacement attempt. I reached out to customer service and spoke to 10 different people including 2 supervisors. No one was able to figure out the issue. Now I can not make or receive calls after I completed the factory reset that the IT Supervisor advised me to complete. They wanted to upgrade my phone and charge me for the upgrade. They did not care my phone stopped working after they changed the SIM card. DO NOT trust this MIGRATION process with TMOBILE/Sprint Horrible customer service RUN!!

Unfair business practices

Recently I had a need for a new phone. Went to the T-Mobile store and explained the problem. They recommended a new phone. Being cost conscious we discussed how much my monthly bill would increase. They understated the estimate substantially. When I contacted T-Mobile they went through the situation with me. Ultimately they declined my request to return the phone and go back to my earlier phone.
Bottom line, T-Mobile is not a company to trust. Beware of the monthly estimate charges, you could be misled as I was.

Horrible service

Too bad, it is no 0 rating. Horrible service and the worst experience. Regret that tried to start with this company. I have canceled the same-day order # 974576814 and have proof of cancellation. Have contacted the customer service not just ones. The customer service representatives made promises to resolve the problem but I am continuously receiving a bill for services I have never received.
I would never refer or advise to deal with such company.

TMOBILE RAPES CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONIES…

TMOBILE RAPES CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONIES on providing fake ass warranties claims. I put in a claim as my son broke the glass and I WAS FIRED DURING COVID FOR HAVING A MEDICAL DOCTOR EXEMPTION and could not afford to pay the $100 so what does this crappy A$$ company do? They say FU and take full advantage all while smiling. I have given them exactly $3,000 in warranty payments and they still want to ignore the fact that there was a pandemic. GIVE ME A BREAK. Let me bend over and get screwed because that is exactly what they are doing. I will now file in small claims court and I cannot wait to hear how the judge will rule during these very difficult times. STAY AWAY FROM T MOBILE AND NEVER EVER GIVE THEM A DIME FOR SOME FAKE A$$ WARRANTY.

Disappointed Customer

I have had 2 dissatisfied cell phone services with AT&T and Sprint. I decided to switch to T-Mobile since Sprint is merging. 18may2021 I went down to Falmouth Ma. Store and spent 3 hours there getting Sprints Sh$& show straightened out. I even ordered home internet service with device being shipped to my home. I left there a satisfied customer. Now fast forward to 20 May 2021. I on my own called to get an update and delivery date on device order. There was not an order placed. I called store and spoke with same employee I had dealt with previous. I called back 3 hours later and was told I needed to come to store to cancel previous order so a new one could be generated(???). I went to store not happy at all. 1-1/2hrs later the device was ordered to be overnighted after paying a fee to be credited back to me. My disappointment is they screwed up whether it was in store employee or someone else and had to take time out of my day on phone and in person to correct the issue they caused. 😡

Just updating to say after all the disappointments, finally a company that stands behind the customers concerns and issues. A smile has been put back on my face. Thank You

They are of liars and manipulatotrs

They are bunch of liars.
They are abusive and the play on your nerves.
Every time I change a plan they mess up.
They give me a promise of a price then they overcharge.
You call them 100 of times and they refuse to acknowledge their error.
After you escalate over and over they end up acknowledging their errors 100 times and promise to fix the bill but the next bill comes back again with the same error.
At this point you are stuck with a contract for two years.
You get stuck and you have to go by their lies over and over again.
When they get on your nerves they call you verbally abusive and they hang up.
They are the ones being abusive.
I am done with them
This is my last contract with t mobile.
I do not recommend them to anybody.

Dismayed 20+ Years Business Customer

We have been T-Mobile customers over 20 years and the experience I had yesterday with this company's customer service was inexcusable. After being promised the great price of $55 for 2 lines for the Magenta Plus Plan (all fees and taxes inclusive) two days ago, I was told all the notes were in my account and all I needed to do was call back with my husband and convert our business account to a personal account. We currently pay $88 for 2 lines (phones are paid for) in our business account. The initial rep enthusiastically and repeatedly told me "you're saving over $30 a month"! So when I call back to sign up for new plan, apparently no one knows of this price point for this plan, even after speaking with a supervisor and after being put on hold by 2 or 3 reps (had to call back at one point), there was no possibility of getting what I was promised. They need to fire the rep "Cynthia" (if that's her real name) who is lying to customers so when they call back it's classic bait and switch--to get them to sign up for a more expensive plan. Didn't fall for it. Loyalty means nothing to T-Mobile so we will be shopping for another provider.

T-Mobile is a horrible network with horrible customer service. Avoid!!!

I signed up for their service a while back, and their customer service and network is horrible. I purchased a phone from them and the mobile network was unreliable. I tried to return the phone and it took 3 months to get a refund! It was no fault of mine. There was a lot of false promises, and one hand not knowing what the other hand was doing. It was a headache and a mess with this company as they are too unorganized. If I didn't keep records of all my transactions and conversations, I would not have gotten my money back. Avoid T-Mobile because they are incompetent and their service is horrible.

Even though I'm on the Magenta Plus plan my data is always used up and my service is slow. When you call customer support they'll tell you it's because the network is congested. How is that my problem? I'm paying you for a premium service.
