Fake company?????

I ordered 5 t-shirts for a total price of 100$ including freight costs. The website looks real - but I never received my shirts.
When you try to follow their link to your order - there is no real link!
I contacted them after a while to hear about delivery time - quick answer where I was told that it has been shipped - and would arrive within a week.
After a while I contacted them again - and then the answer was that the shipment has been returned due to wrong address! The address was not wrong and UPS and others always put a note to the receiver if they couldn't meet any at home.
I then asked them to cancel the order - and by this get my money back - still no reply!!
I have now asked my bank to go into action against this supplier...
