Needing a replacement battery quite quickly before going away I did a Google search, one of the sites was T4 Cameras whom I had never even heard of before, a call to check the item was still available was answered very quickly, and so an order was placed. The price was great, and dispatch time and delivery was super quick. The product was as described and securely packaged, and the communication of the whole process was on point. I would have no hesitation in using T4 again should the need arise.

Ordered a brand new Nikon battery grip and it was received next working day. Pricing was competitive and UK stock as promised.

Having searched the internet for a Panasonic Lumix Camera I eventually found not one but two at T4 Witney. Having said searched i had tried 4 major camera dealers and several smaller shops withiout sucess. ON speaking to T4 i was quickly dealt with and the new camera arrived the next day being very well packed and promptly delivered. Thankyou T4 you have managed to provide a great service which 4 major dealers couldn't and do it in a very professional and quick manner.

Absolutely fantastic service I took my D850 in for a sensor clean because I thought I had messed it up.
Mark saw how worried I was and cleaned it within 2 hours so that I didn’t have to spend the night worrying that I would have to send it back to Nikon and he still only charged me £45.00
And they have some fantastic second hand gear there all reasonably priced.
I highly recommend them.

My local camera shop for all things Canon. I have bought cameras and lenses from them regularly in the past and no issues. Great service and friendly staff.

I cannot recommend t4 cameras in witney enough, they updated my Panasonic with the latest firmware, they did it straight away even though they were busy and with me going in the shop late too, thankyou so much I am very happy with the upgrade u did for me. All the best, Mark from Nottingham. 🙂

Pathetic servcie on Amazon. Used an unreputable courier. Depot 1 1/2 hours away from where I live by public transport yet put in teir resposne I said 30 mins. Release the communication if true. Dont use. You are better off using those that care about cistomer service. Worst company I have used.

I've bought quite a few things from this company over the last couple of months having taken up photography and I've always received a friendly welcome even though I am a beginner . They were very patient with me and explained things thoroughly until I understood.

They are always very happy to help and offer you free advice any-time... even if you go in without buying anything. They will also recommend the best item to suit your specific needs and requirements, instead of advising you buy the most expensive item.
