Partners birthday present.
Purchased something for my partners birthday. The customer service is outstanding, above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Haven’t obviously used the product yet... but just by the service I had received would 100% recommend to anyone.

Rubbish and a rip off
Sadly, I recieved very poor service. Requested upholstery with piping but didnt get it. I asked for the silver Webasto Fridge as advertised on his website but got a cheaper white one. Rear seat belts broke in first week, various parts missing which he promised to post but never did and it's been over 2 months. Was extremely rude and abusive sending numerous private messages with personal insults when I asked for some of the issues to be rectified. Avoid or dont pay a penny until things are put right.
This man is a dreadful liar and never accepts responsibility for anything that is wrong. It is well worth going elsewhere and pay more for good work. AVOID T4MATION!
The response is a pack of lies.

Very sorry that you are not happy but as explained we never agreed to do any pipping as it looks cheap and wares very easy and was informed we would not do this job.
We supplied and installed a silver webasto fridge only difference is it does not have a blue interior light.
The seat belts do work as they should and this is user error I am sorry you can’t understand how this works but what you are asking for is impossible. There no way to stop the buckle moving and going between the seats. You just have to adjust this by hand it’s not automatic.

Talking about and helped me know end. Wouldn’t be going to the Netherlands this week with out these guys help and the fuel pump they sent me. Highly recommended can’t fault them in any way. And I’m a moaning git at the best of times...
