Poor service courier service delivers parcel to door step with no request from me poor customer services and after care wouldn't buy your expensive gear from here poor service

Great Service Order delivered within 48 hours .

Found them on a google search after deciding the trolley we were going to buy was overpriced for what it was. This looked like an alternative at a great price and with free delivery included.

Ordered on Wednesday afternoon, item arrived on Friday morning - Fabulous Service, well done team Tackle-Up.

For anyone looking at a pizza oven trolley this is a great buy it looks good and is very sturdy.
It does take some time to fit it all together (42 screws) We took 3 hours but all the parts are well wrapped and identified with a book of clear step by step easy to follow instructions included.

I made a mistake on ticking a box for a return and within minutes had a message from customer service with a serious attitude. But when it's a issue on their side you don't get help either just more attitude and told to wait. There are so many other fishing companies with better prices and customer service.

Bought a carp reel Friday still waiting for delivery no option to chose faster or better delivery either won't use this site again in this day and age delivery is usually next day or atleast 2-3 days not weeks

Nothing short of amazing. I ordered an Avid Benchmark heated sleeping bag Thursday at 12:30. By 1400 it had already been packed and despatched to Tackle-up local parcelforce hub and by Friday it was at my local delivery hub ready for delivery! All as a free delivery over 30 pounds. The sleeping bag was well priced, well packed and absolutely ace - thank you! My first experience of using this company and I am absolutely thrilled.
