TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Tom is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with, ever! I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional he was simply because their stock image color did not match the color of the item I received. Tom should be fired! Do not trust this company in anyway. Atrocious!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
These Helmets are junk. The chinstrap is delicate and broke on mine immediately. Requested a refund by email, nothing. Called and the number is disconnected. Once I knew they were fake, I shot mine with 124gr FMJ 9mm from 20 yards and the first round passed right through. Fine for airsoft, not suitabile for any real life situation.

Free returns is not true you can’t return

There website states free easy returns, not true. They will not respond to my multiple emails with a return address. Want to give $60 refund on $200 helmets and have me keep them or send pictures and they will decide if I can return, sent 3 emails after pictures and they will not respond with return address. Terrible company!! Be careful

Compressed Fiberglass Helmets

The protection the helmets offer is nil. They are made of compressed fiberglass and standard 9mm, .45 ACP, and .38 special all pass right through. Fine for airsoft but way over priced for a game where you can get helmets for $20 to $40. Do not trust these helmets... Don't even give them your money. I wish I could upload a picture of the shredded helmet.

Buyer Be aware!

Buyer Be aware!
I would give a zero star review it it were an option. These are cheap helmets that you should only use as a bump helmet.
The suspension system is like a construction hard hat. The NOD mount on mine was supposed to be aluminum but arrived plastic. The rails look like airsoft gear. When I wrote to the company expressing my displeasure they initially engaged asking for model and order details and then went silent.

Fake helmets

Fake helmets! Zero protection. Even the customer service number is fake. Don't buy! It's a scam! I took the helmet out of the box, no paperwork, nothing. I grabbed the helmet and could literally bend the helmet with my bare hands.

ALERT!

ALERT!! - This company is based in Hong Kong China and uses an address with no residence in Schofield Wisconsin.
Despite requests to cancel the order the seller shipped anyways. They do not answer the phone/ line is busy forever.
Unable to track package with USPS. PayPal, who facilitated the transaction had to dig into the tracking information for me. After a month of not receiving the package I am finally today getting my refund.
THESE ARE NOT LEGITIMATE BALLISTIC RATED HELMETS. THEY USE A FAKE NIJ CERTIFICATION.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COST.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying for weeks to get a return authorization for a helmet that is so poorly made that it hurts when you put it on your head. I have been getting nothing but overdue emails with constant run-around. The customer service phone number is a South Carolina exchange, but the company address is in Tennessee? The phone number constantly rings busy. Review of their "Service Agreement" reveals that it is governed by "the laws of China". Supposedly, the return process involves them giving the customer the address of where to send the helmet. This reeks of a sham company with a bogus address and business entity. I only wish I had done my research before I got involved with them. I just bought a replacement helmet from a real American company and the difference in quality and fit is night and day. Someone needs to shut this company down. I plan to advise my credit card company that this is a fraudulent company that needs to be listed as "DO NOT PAY."

Christmas bust

When I placed the order, on 12/11, the company sent a tracking number the next day to track with USPS. However, after a couple of days, the package did not show up with USPS tracking. As Christmas approached, I entered the tracking number; USPS website said it was not legitimate. So after a couple of days, we started calling, and calling.
Immediately went to busy. I've also now emailed customer support and will update if I ever hear back.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They are using my PERSONAL ADDRESS! My husband and I do not appreciate them using our home address when I have no affiliation with this company whatsoever. We have just recently discovered that our address was posted as their company address. We have been actively searching to find out who this is and shut them down. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

For the past week and a half I have…

For the past week and a half I have been attempting to obtain a return authorization and a refund for a helmet that doesn't fit. All I've been getting is the run around. The helmet I ordered doesn't have a size indicator so an employee has no idea what size is being sent. I need a refund and will return helmet. DON'T BUY FROM TACTICAL POW!!!

Fake Helmets, .22 lr went through best helmet

Not ballistic at all, James is running a scam folks. .22 will go through any of their helmets. Do not be fooled. Will post video as they won't get back to me..might as well expose him.
Phone doesn't work, location isn't real, they are a Chinese company. No QC stamp on their ballistic gear. Won't take a return even the steps on the website were followed.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They give a TN address that is an open field. They do t mention their products are manufactured in China and shipped from Homg Kong. The fraudulently certify their helmets as NIJ Level IV (or other) and they do not have those certifications. They provided a false report from an American ballistics testing lab. I spoke with the lab and they said this isn’t the first time one of their reports has been counterfeited.
