Very competitive price, order dispatched promptly. Slightly disappointed that I chose the paid delivery option because the website specifies it's DPD. The package was actually sent via Royal Mail. No problem on this occasion but I wouldn't have knowingly paid extra for a Royal Mail service.

Wanting to buy another bipod off their eBay store to get an error saying "The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you" I called the company, who were helpful and unsure why! apparently, I've left unfavourable feedback for a previous purchase!! I had no problem buying a one-piece scope mount in August this year, from their webpage! I wasn't blocked then!
I asked what the feedback I'd given was, no reply! I checked my 23 yrs' worth of given feedback! I could not find any Neg. feedback in 23 yrs. I then checked Tactical Scopes' feedback all 57k had very few neg feedback, but none of them were my purchase. I asked to be unblocked, but the big boss refused! saying my asking why, and to be unblocked! Was "demanding behaviour" I merely asked to be unblocked to buy the bipod! I was told by the customer advisor that Tactical Scope was not obliged to sell to me. Copies of emails saved for future reference
