Strength and Weakness of your Order Processing system
I was trying to contact customer service online, and there was a message in the lower-right corner of the screen for Online Chat support, but clicking it did nothing. Finally, I called the number in the top-right corner and was connected to customer support. I received quick answers to my questions, and I was also helped online with placing the order. It was a good-quality, professional support for understanding the capabilities of the Camera System. I thank the Customer Service person for the professional help.

I got a 5 day solution when I had a hard 10 day deadline
I discovered late last week that the camera recently purchased had little to no range.
Called on Friday and indicated that I needed a solution by this Friday - 7 days.
Monday conversation, source of problem identified, proposed solution to get new product delivered Wednesday of this week. New camera works great, delivered vary quickly and my problem solved.
Good service after the sale is the difference between good and really good

Excellent product, excellent sales and service support. My first experience with Tadi. I did a lot of research both on line and talked to RVers that have camera systems I am so glad I chose them. The screen is definitely bright during day time so I can see all 4 cameras. Presale services were great. And order details were excellent. When I had after sales issues they called me. Twice. Excellent and I expect years of great usage. Any future problems I am sure they will be able to solve

Excellent experience with Rose
Rose understood exactly what my needs were for the camera that I purchased and understood completely how I will be using it. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the camera and others that were available she was very friendly and easy to talk to. When I explained that I would be going out of town for a week or so she was very quick to suggest holding the camera there and would send it when I notified her that I'm back. That was a big help for me. Again it was a very pleasant experience and Rose was a big part of making that happen.
