Great Technical Support Purchasing
I haven't received the product yet, so this review is about the process of buying. I started to chat with a rep and they called me which simplified the process. Rose was extremely knowledgeable about the product features and installation process including how to get certain functionality. I really appreciated that. I did some more research spoke with my installer and called back to purchase. I was able to use a promo code and Rose worked to ensure that is was shipped directly so I would make my installation window. It's scheduled to be delivered 2 days earlier than needed. So far so good with TadiBrothers. I am hoping the product does not disappoint.

Paul guided me through warranty options
Paul was patient to help me understand the extended warranty options. Then helped me add the 2 year extended warranty to my cart. This is a warranty on my trailer backup system that covers everything my fault or not for full replacement.

Jeff was very helpful in explaining my options to either replace my old V2 RV camera, or upgrade to a complete new V3 system (two cameras and 7" monitor). I chose to take advantage of the trade-in option to upgrade.
