I had a puncture repair undertaken and I got the impression that if a repair is possible they will do it. Contrast this to other tyre shops I have used in the past where I had the feeling there was “upselling” you into buying a new tyre.

Tadworth tyres are the best place around, great guys and great customer service.
I highly recommend them to everyone.
They can handle anything from normal to exotic and split rims and super cars.
Cars to trucks to 4x4 and military vehicles.

Anything you need they can do to the best of their ability.
Honest good customer service.
You won’t go wrong and anything military you need to speak to Jack

Called in the morning to get a tyre fixed, they were with me and all fixed within 2 hours. Amazing customer service and reasonably priced.

I live locally and on every occasion that I've called in for a tyre repair or replacement, the service has been first class. Friendly, quick and refreshing to be able to experience old fashioned service like theirs

Very poor communication with customers. I felt like they didn't really want my custom and I was a hindrance. It was difficult for them to fit me in to their schedule and they dont take bookings. I went there 4 times before I could get the work done. Sadly they just dont seem to care

We use this company regularly. I am so paranoid that I get them to check my tyres way too often, they mostly tell me they are fine and I can do quite a few more miles on them. They could lie and get me to buy new tyres but they don't.
My MOT was fine too - a couple of advisories but no pressure to get the work done immediately.
Honest local company, the negative reviews seem a bit pedantic tbh.

I have used tadworth tyres on two occasions having changed from problems using Kwik fit. They have been excellent both times and given good advice and their prices I consider are excellent value.

Decent, local service station, who always have the tyres on hand. Very friendly service, kid friendly waiting area. Decent prices.

Pothole puncture last week. Run flat tyres got me home but I needed a mobile tyre fitter. Looked at Halfords and other big players who all lured you in with promises of next day visits but once you got to the checkout….it was 3 days. Phoned my garage and they recommended TT. Arrived the next morning….fair price and tyre fitted no prob. When it came to pay…the fitter…Alex….told me had been round all the wheels and checked the pressures…excellent news…one of my least favourite jobs. TT for all my tyres from now on….very happy customer.

For the second time, I've hit a pothole over the Downs (the first time resulting in a new tyre!). As VW was shut and TT only being down the road, I paid them a visit on Saturday. I asked if they could check the tyre for me. A very nice chap behind the desk said he would take a look. He did so, despite being busy, almost immediately. Thankfully, everything was o.k. He then kindly reversed the car out for me!
I can't tell you how grateful I am to Tadworth Tyres. Thank you for such excellent service and assurance.

Having left a wheel with a puncture with them for repair as they couldn’t fit me in on the day and told me they don’t take bookings, I returned the following day around 2pm and was told the tyre was fixed. It took them half-an-hour to tell me that it hadn’t been fixed and they were looking for it. An hour later as I attempted to leave an obnoxious moron had abandoned his flat-bed truck in the entrance, the situation was completely mismanaged by the staff who just don’t care.

Absolutely hopeless. Even if you call up and book in before coming they will often send you away as they say they don’t have enough staff or have an enormous waiting time. Only use as a last resort.

Customer service terrible, waited 10minutes no one spoke to me just totally ignored took business elsewhere, went outside just groups of employees just chatting not working even though people waiting for there cars.

I Had the tracking done on my classic VW. Absolutely perfect. Transformed the car. very happy with the whole experience. Recommended.

I would highly recommend Tadworth Tyres. They rescued me this morning when I had broken down 30 miles from home, with 2 flat tyres and a flat battery. They arrived quickly and within half an hour I was back on my journey. Cannot thank them enough. And all very reasonably priced too. If I lived in this area I would definitely use them all the time. I have had to use Tadworth Tyres three times in three months for punctures (run of bad luck!). Twice I went to them and they repaired my slow punctures quickly whilst I waited. Brilliant! This last time was more serious and I was Greenflag recovered from roadside, where I had run over a beer bottle, to home on a Saturday night. Monday morning I contacted Tadworth Tyres for advice. They checked they had a new tyre in stock and sent a mobile fitting van out within the hour. All fitted and back on the road within an hour and a half of contacting them. You could not ask for better service. So much better than a recovery vehicle to get the off road car to them etc. which would have taken hours. Very professional service at good prices. I thoroughly recommend them.

Called at 8.45am and by 10.20am the tyre fitter had been, repaired my flat tyre and advised me to get my tracking checked all for a very reasonable price. Cant fault the service.

Got a puncture, turned up at Tadworth Tyres unannounced and was met on their forecourt by a nice gentleman who was only to happy to help, took the car to their workshop and 20mins later job done.

Excellent service, professional staff, and they have a stunning premises to relax in, have a free coffee whilst the work is being carried out. They even reprogrammed the in-car computer with the correct tyre pressures.

All too often it’s easy to use bigger car repair companies but I’m happy to recommend, and will definitely use these guys again. Oh and the repair cost was a pleasant surprise too!
