Such a good company. They are on the role with making sure everything is good ( I got the autoclave enbio beauty ) and fast delivery. Definitely would recommend getting from here. I sure will be coming back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had several orders from TAFS and…

I’ve had several orders from TAFS and have always had a very positive experience.

Delivery is consistently quick and items arrive well packaged. As a professional nail technician, I value products that are reliable and easy to work with, and the quality from TAFS has been great so far.

The range they offer is also really useful, especially when looking for specific products without having to order from multiple suppliers.

Overall, a dependable company that I’m happy to continue using.

Faulty Instruments and Refusal to Respect Consumer Rights

I ordered podiatry instruments from TAFS (Order #TAF41212, 16/03/2026) with a total value of £115.69. After a simple rinse and standard sterilisation process, several items showed rust, corrosion inside joints, and visible deterioration.
Importantly, not all items were affected — I am only raising concerns about specific stainless steel instruments. This clearly rules out issues such as “tap water,” which I was told could be the cause. I have also used instruments from other suppliers under identical conditions without any problems.
Despite providing clear photographic evidence, I was told I must return the items at my own expense before any refund would be considered. This disregards basic consumer rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods must be of satisfactory quality and return costs should not be passed onto the customer.
The value of the faulty items they are currently refusing to refund is £40.02 out of the £115.69 order.
This is disappointing — both in terms of product quality and how the issue has been handled. I would not recommend.

I raised this immediately with clear photographic evidence, but instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was due to “water quality” - despite the fact I live in North Scotland, known for excellent water, and other instruments from the same order and other suppliers were completely unaffected.
When I first contacted them, I was also questioned about my experience in the industry, which was both irrelevant and unprofessional. I have been running my clinic for 3 years and have never encountered this kind of response.
The refund was refused, and the issue was dismissed based on their internal “technician assessment,” with no proper evidence provided.
I am currently disputing this again, and if it is not resolved appropriately, I will be escalating the matter to Trading Standards.
Very disappointing experience - inconsistent product quality and the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend.

As we haven’t yet had the opportunity to physically inspect the items, we are simply following our standard quality control process as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Because these are specialized professional tools, a physical inspection is a necessary step for us to determine the cause of the deterioration and ensure our high standards are being met.

While our business terms do require items to be returned for assessment, please be assured that if a manufacturing fault is confirmed upon inspection, we will be more than happy to refund your return postage costs alongside the cost of the items.

We want to ensure a fair resolution for you and would welcome the chance to examine the instruments so we can get this sorted as quickly as possible.

Supplier takes no resopsability after purchase

We would have given 0 stars if that were an option

Our dental practice purchased an Enbio autoclave through TAFS Products Ltd, expecting reliable support given that this is critical sterilization equipment required for patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. When issues arose with the device, TAFS immediately redirected us to the manufacturer, Enbio Technology, and refused to provide meaningful assistance. Communication with the manufacturer has been very difficult, with delayed responses and replies often only in Polish.

Despite being the UK supplier, TAFS has not taken responsibility for helping resolve the issue or ensuring effective communication with the manufacturer. As a result, we have been left without proper support for essential dental equipment.

For products as critical as sterilization devices used in healthcare settings, we would expect a much higher level of accountability and customer support from the supplier.
Based on our experience, we would advise other dental practices to carefully consider the level of after-sales support before purchasing through this company.

Hi Larisa, thank you for your considered review. It is really important that people share all opinions of us as a business and we appreciate the time you took to do this. This is certainly a unique case for us as it seems you initially went directly to the manurfacturer for assistance first who (after some back and forth with their own delays) dealt with it directly for you offering a replacement device under warranty and to collect yours with no added costs. As a reputable Enbio distributor we are always more than happy to facilite this for you but where a customer opens a case directly with Enbio it is sometimes better to let this run its course, espcecially if we aren't made aware of it from the off. On request we can step in and help with the process to speed up or help resolve any issues. Because the fault occured within 12 months but out of our 14 day money back gaurantee we are governed by the terms and conditions of the sale. Which in this case is a brand new replacement device, with brand new 12 months warranty on said device. I hope this clears the review up for anyone reading, but it does not deter from the apologies TAFS Products Ltd as a business is sending your way. I can imagine the whole process must of been very frustrating and for this we are sorry; I am certain your experience is a unique one and not something, as a small business, we want to replicate.

This was my first purchase from TAFS…

This was my first purchase from TAFS Health and Beauty. I shopped around and Suzanne responded faster and more thoroughly than other suppliers, which helped me decide. Delivery was quick and prices were reasonable; one item had a minor packaging scuff that support addressed promptly.

I’d give more stars if I could!

I’d give more stars if I could!. I have enjoyed shopping with TAFS.. and I hate shopping, so they must be good!

All products are great value and Suzanne has been most helpful with processing my order efficiently.

The prices on the website are perfect as they inc VAT..& that’s what you pay..& best of all is the super fast next day delivery (when spending over £70 I think is was?!, would need to check this)…… Free of charge , your competitors should take note!!

Thanks TAFS & team, a new, life long customer, from a self employed Foot Health Practitioner. 👍

My first experience with TAFS Products

This was my first experience of buying from TAFS Products and Suzanne has been amazing! As this was to be a reasonably large investment in new equipment for my business I had circulated my enquiry to several suppliers.

Some had not bothered to reply, whereas Suzanne’s response to my enquiry and many questions was exceptionally swift and comprehensive in her replies.

Totally recommended and I hope to place more orders here!

Very long wait for order

Placed an order on December 28th, it’s now the 19th of January and they haven’t even shipped it yet due to issues with stock. Super disappointing and no compensation for the long delay.
